為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)青年人才引進(jìn)，促進(jìn)國(guó)際交流合作，中國(guó)地質(zhì)大學(xué)（武漢）特舉辦“國(guó)際青年學(xué)者地大論壇”，誠(chéng)邀海內(nèi)外青年才俊來(lái)校，交流學(xué)術(shù)，考察環(huán)境，相互了解，共同發(fā)展。 

一、學(xué)科領(lǐng)域 

論壇的主要內(nèi)容包括學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告、研討會(huì)和討論交流。涉及學(xué)科領(lǐng)域包括：地質(zhì)學(xué)；地質(zhì)資源與地質(zhì)工程；材料科學(xué)與工程；地理學(xué)；化學(xué)；數(shù)學(xué)；物理學(xué)；生物學(xué)；環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程；海洋科學(xué)；大氣科學(xué)；土木工程；水利工程；測(cè)繪科學(xué)與技術(shù)；安全科學(xué)與工程；地球物理學(xué)；石油與天然氣工程；控制科學(xué)與工程；機(jī)械工程；軟件工程；計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)；信息與通信工程；公共管理；馬克思主義理論；應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)；管理科學(xué)與工程；工商管理；設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)；外國(guó)語(yǔ)言文學(xué)；心理學(xué)；新聞傳播學(xué)；法學(xué)；教育學(xué)；體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)等。 

二、報(bào)名條件 

1、海外人才：年齡在40歲以下；具有海外知名大學(xué)博士學(xué)位，或者具有國(guó)內(nèi)博士學(xué)位并在海外全職從事科研工作2年及以上；目前未全職在國(guó)內(nèi)工作；在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域取得一定成績(jī)，具有一定國(guó)際影響和較強(qiáng)的學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?nbsp;

2、國(guó)內(nèi)人才：國(guó)家優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金獲得者、國(guó)家“萬(wàn)人計(jì)劃”青年拔尖人才、教育部“長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)計(jì)劃”青年學(xué)者及相當(dāng)級(jí)別人才項(xiàng)目進(jìn)入會(huì)評(píng)者。

三、申請(qǐng)流程 

1、符合條件的青年學(xué)者請(qǐng)登錄論壇報(bào)名系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行報(bào)名，報(bào)名系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)址： http://cugforum.cug.edu.cn

2、報(bào)名截止時(shí)間為2019年2月21日。 

3、學(xué)校將于2019年3月5日前向受邀學(xué)者發(fā)送邀請(qǐng)函。 

4、受邀學(xué)者于收到邀請(qǐng)函一周內(nèi)填寫(xiě)回執(zhí)并回復(fù)確認(rèn)是否參會(huì)。 

四、論壇安排 

論壇于2019年3月24日—3月27日在中國(guó)地質(zhì)大學(xué)（武漢）舉行。具體安排如下： 

3月24日，報(bào)到 

3月25日—3月26日，學(xué)校主論壇、學(xué)院或?qū)W科分論壇、交流、座談等 

3月27日，離會(huì) 

五、差旅與住宿 

受邀參會(huì)的青年學(xué)者自訂機(jī)票、火車票，學(xué)校報(bào)銷往返機(jī)票、火車票費(fèi)用（實(shí)報(bào)實(shí)銷，根據(jù)國(guó)家規(guī)定機(jī)票限報(bào)經(jīng)濟(jì)艙）。論壇期間食宿由學(xué)校統(tǒng)一安排，費(fèi)用由學(xué)校承擔(dān)。

Announcement of the 3rd CUG Forum for International Young Scholars 

The CUG Forum for International Young Scholars (CUG Forum) aims to bring outstanding young scholars into our university and promote international exchanges and cooperation. Young scholars from home and abroad are invited to China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) to promote academic exchanges, inspect the scientific research environment, enhance mutual understanding and make cooperation development. 

ACADEMIC FIELDS 

The CUG Forum includes academic lectures, workshops and discussions. The Forum welcomes participants in the fields of Geology, Geological Resources and Geological Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Geography, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Environmental Sciences and Engineering, Marine Science, Atmospheric Sciences, Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Surveying and Mapping Science and Technology, Security Science and Engineering, Geophysics, Oil and Gas Engineering, Control Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Information and Communication Engineering, Public Management, Applied Economics, Management Science and Engineering, Business Administration, Design Science, Applied Linguistics, Psychology, Journalism and Communication, Law, Pedagogy, Physical Education, etc. 

QUALIFICATIONS FOR APPLICATION 

1. Oversea Young Scholars: Qualified applicants should be under 40 years old, holding a PhD from overseas well-known university or research institute, or holding a PhD from a domestic university or research institute and have overseas work experience at least two years, and not currently holding a full-time position in China. Applicants with good publications and academic achievements are encouraged to apply. 

2. Domestic Young Scholars: Recipients of the National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars, scholars of Thousand Talents Plan-Youth Program, scholars of Chang Jiang Young Scholars Program, and other outstanding scholars who entered review meeting of the talents programs above. 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

2. The application deadline is February 21, 2019. 

3. Qualified applicants will receive an official invitation letter before March 5, 2019. 

4. The applicants intended to attend the forum should respond with the confirmation note within a week after receiving the invitation letter.
