 根據(jù)課題工作需要現(xiàn)擬招聘分子生物學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、神經(jīng)生物學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科專業(yè)的博士后、博士研究生及實(shí)驗(yàn)室技術(shù)員若干名。   
 
 一、應(yīng)聘要求   
 
 1. 應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)具有細(xì)胞分子生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ),可獨(dú)立有效的完成課題任務(wù);   
 
 2. 應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)具備細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)、動(dòng)物細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)染、mRNA及蛋白表達(dá)分析、原代神經(jīng)元細(xì)胞的分離與培養(yǎng)、冰凍組織切片、免疫組化等相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)技能;   
 
 3. 應(yīng)聘者若具有小鼠立體手術(shù)治療相關(guān)技能將優(yōu)先考慮;   
 
 4. 應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)具備較好的英文寫作及表達(dá)能力。   
 
 二、待遇情況:   
 
 博士后工資待遇:工資及基本福利待遇按哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)的有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行,進(jìn)站工作期間學(xué)校安排博士后公寓。此外,課題組將根據(jù)工作期間的業(yè)績(jī)情況給予相應(yīng)的薪酬津貼。

 Two Postdoc positions are available in the laboratory of Professor Hansruedi Büeler at the Harbin Institute of Technology, School of Life Sciences and Technology, to study the genetic and molecular mechanisms of Parkinson’s disease pathogenesis. We recently generated mice lacking PINK1, a mitochondrial kinase linked to familial Parkinson’s disease (PD). Using PINK1-knockout mice and cells our studies focus on three areas: (1) The role of mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress and abnormal cell signaling in neuronal loss of PD, (2) The potential of PINK1 as a therapeutic target to modulate onset and progression of other neurodegenerative diseases characterized by mitochondrial dysfunction, and (3) the function of PINK1 for extracellular signal-induced changes of cell metabolism during physiological and pathological processes in neurons and the brain. Applicants should be experienced in molecular biology and able to design and perform experiments independently and effectively, with appropriate support. Recombinant DNA technology, cell culture and transfection of mammalian cells, analysis of mRNA and protein expression, isolation of primary neurons, preparation of cryosections, immunohistochemistry, confocal microscopy and production of viral (rAAV) vectors for brain gene transfer are among the methods used in these projects. Candidates with experience in these techniques are particularly encouraged to apply. Prior experience with animal experimentation and stereotaxic surgery would be advantageous but is not essential. Candidates should have reasonably good oral and written English skills to communicate with the English-speaking professor.
