Professor Xufeng Kou’s research group is seeking a research associate in the areas of semiconductor/spintronics physics and device. The successful candidate will work independently on novel projects including: (1) MBE growth of novel semiconductor materials; (2) Exploration of emerging physics on electron/spin/magnetism; (3) Design of low-power, high-speed, non-volatile devices. In addition, building and maintaining laboratory facilities and infrastructure is an important part of the job.
