Introduction to Academician Young Hee LEE’s Team at Hubei University of Technology

李永熙（Young Hee LEE）教授，韓國籍，中國科學(xué)院外籍院士、韓國科學(xué)技術(shù)翰林院院士、發(fā)展中國家科學(xué)院院士，長期從事二維材料理論和應(yīng)用研究，迄今發(fā)表了約660余篇SCI國際期刊論文，其中包括《Nature》2篇、《Science》7篇；論文總引用次數(shù)超過83,000余次，H指數(shù)為148；連續(xù)多年入選科睿唯安“高被引科學(xué)家”；其研究成果在國際上產(chǎn)生了廣泛而重要的影響。

Professor Young Hee LEE, a South Korean national, is a foreign academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, an academician of the Korean Academy of Science and Technology, and an academician of the Academy of Sciences for the Developing World. He has long engaged in theoretical and applied research on two-dimensional materials, having published approximately 660 papers in SCI international journals, including 2 in Nature and 7 in Science. His works have been cited over 83,000 times, with an H-index of 148. He has been repeatedly recognized as a "Highly Cited Researcher" by Clarivate Analytics and his research has had a significant and widespread impact internationally.

李永熙院士于湖北工業(yè)大學(xué)領(lǐng)銜建立了低維量子材料研究中心，該研究中心占地16000平方米，擁有世界先進(jìn)的科學(xué)研究儀器設(shè)備和開放包容的學(xué)術(shù)研究氛圍，是為研究人員創(chuàng)造的一個開展頂尖的低維量子材料研究的“游樂場”。研究人員可以通過“一站式”訪問該研究中心，進(jìn)行包括材料生長、表征/分析到器件制造在內(nèi)的全流程研究。研究中心瞄準(zhǔn)人工量子低維材料發(fā)展前沿，以基礎(chǔ)研究為主，致力于產(chǎn)生高水平的基礎(chǔ)研究成果，同時實現(xiàn)多項低維材料相關(guān)核心技術(shù)的規(guī)�；�產(chǎn)業(yè)化應(yīng)用，為湖北省新材料、新能源及光電、信息、生物醫(yī)藥等相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供基礎(chǔ)理論與技術(shù)支撐。

Academician Young Hee LEE has established the Low-Dimensional Quantum Materials (LQM) Research Center at Hubei University of Technology. This research center spans 16,000 square meters and is equipped with world-class scientific research instruments and facilities, fostering an open and inclusive academic research atmosphere. It serves as a “playground” for researchers to conduct cutting-edge studies on low-dimensional quantum materials. Researchers can access this center through a “one-stop” service, facilitating comprehensive research processes that include material growth, characterization/analysis, and device manufacturing. The research center focuses on the forefront of artificial quantum low-dimensional material development, prioritizing basic research to yield high-level foundational research results while achieving the scaled industrial application of various core technologies related to low-dimensional materials. This aims to provide theoretical and technical support for the development of new materials, new energy, optoelectronics, information technology, biomedical fields, and related industries in Hubei Province.

李永熙院士團(tuán)隊研究方向包括但不限于：

1、固體中實現(xiàn)光子極化子的玻色-愛因斯坦凝聚

2、超越Shockley-Queisser極限（SQ極限），實現(xiàn)熱載流子太陽能電池

3、在二維鐵磁半導(dǎo)體中實現(xiàn)室溫下自旋翻轉(zhuǎn)的電切換

4、在二維半導(dǎo)體中實現(xiàn)高遷移率和開關(guān)比

5、在二維半導(dǎo)體中實現(xiàn)理想歐姆接觸

The research directions of Academician Young Hee LEE’s team include but are not limited to:

1.Bose-Einstein condensation in solids with photon-polariton to realize bosonic at room temperature

2.Realization of hot-carrier solar cells beyond SQ limit

3.Room-temperature electrical switching of pin flip in 2D ferromagnetic semiconductors

4.Reaching high mobility and on/off ratio in 2D semiconductors beyond Si

5.Ultimate Ohmic contact in 2D semiconductors

三、招收條件Recruitment Conditions

1、具有良好的思想政治素質(zhì)和職業(yè)道德，師德師風(fēng)端正，科學(xué)態(tài)度嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，愛崗敬業(yè)，身體健康。

2、獲得博士學(xué)位一般不超過三年，或申報時已滿足博士學(xué)位論文答辯的基本要求。

3、年齡一般不超過35周歲，具有良好的學(xué)術(shù)背景和較強(qiáng)的學(xué)術(shù)潛能。

4、人事關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)入我校，全職從事博士后研究工作。

1.Candidates must possess a strong sense of political quality and professional ethics, demonstrate upright conduct in teaching, exhibit a rigorous scientific attitude, display dedication to their work, and maintain good physical health.

2.A PhD degree obtained within the last three years is generally required, or candidates must meet the basic requirements for the defense of their doctoral dissertation at the time of application.

3.Applicants should typically be no older than 35 years and possess a solid academic background along with strong academic potential.

4.Personnel relations must be transferred to our university, with candidates dedicating themselves full-time to postdoctoral research.

四、在站待遇In-Station Benefits

1、博士后創(chuàng)新人才崗位年薪26萬元、博士后重點研究崗位年薪22萬元、博士后基礎(chǔ)研究崗位18萬元，按月預(yù)發(fā)70%，剩余部分在出站考核合格后一次性發(fā)放。全職博士后完成崗位目標(biāo)任務(wù)取得的科研成果可享受學(xué)�？蒲袠I(yè)績獎勵。

2、博士后創(chuàng)新人才崗位自然科學(xué)類科研啟動經(jīng)費15萬元，博士后重點研究崗位自然科學(xué)類科研啟動經(jīng)費12萬元，博士后基礎(chǔ)研究崗位自然科學(xué)類科研經(jīng)費7萬元。

3、全職博士后在站期間提供住房補貼2000元/月，享受學(xué)校在編在崗教職工校內(nèi)醫(yī)療服務(wù)、戶口遷移、檔案管理、子女入學(xué)等方面同等福利待遇。

4、博士后在站期間可申請師資博士后，師資博士后另享受1500元/月的崗位津貼。

5、對于博士后出站考核結(jié)果達(dá)到相應(yīng)等次另享受一次性獎勵績效。

1.The annual salary for the Postdoctoral Innovator Position is 260,000 CNY, for the Postdoctoral Key Research Position is 220,000 CNY, and for the Postdoctoral Basic Research Position is 180,000 CNY. 70% of the salary will be paid monthly, with the remaining portion issued in a lump sum after successfully completing the exit assessment. Full-time postdoctoral researchers achieving research results that meet position objectives will be eligible for performance rewards from the university.

2.Start-up research funding for Natural Science for the Postdoctoral Innovator Position is 150,000 CNY, for the Postdoctoral Key Research Position is 120,000 CNY, and for the Postdoctoral Basic Research Position is 70,000 CNY.

3.Full-time postdoctoral researchers will receive a housing allowance of 2,000 CNY per month during their tenure and will enjoy the same welfare benefits as full-time faculty and staff, including access to campus medical services, relocation of household registration, management of archives, and enrollment of children.

4.While on station, postdoctoral researchers may apply for the Faculty Postdoctoral Program, which includes an additional monthly position allowance of 1,500 CNY.

5.Those who achieve the corresponding grades in the exit assessment will receive a one-time performance bonus.

五、進(jìn)站流程Admission Process

01個人申請

申請人聯(lián)系博士后合作導(dǎo)師，初步達(dá)成合作意向后，向?qū)W校提交進(jìn)站申請、個人簡介及相關(guān)佐證材料。

02流動站組織進(jìn)站考核

對申請進(jìn)站人員進(jìn)行思想政治、科研能力、學(xué)術(shù)水平考核，考核通過報學(xué)校博管辦。

03學(xué)校審批

經(jīng)學(xué)校批準(zhǔn)同意招收的人員登陸中國博士后網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上申請，學(xué)校審批后，報全國博管會核準(zhǔn)備案。

1）Personal Application

Applicants should contact their potential postdoctoral supervisors to reach a preliminary cooperation agreement, followed by submitting an application, personal resume, and related supporting materials to the university.

2）Station Assessment Organization

The mobile postdoctoral station will conduct assessments evaluating candidates’ political outlook, research capabilities, and academic level. Those who pass will be reported to the university's postdoctoral management office.

3）University Approval

Candidates approved by the university must log onto the China Postdoctoral website to complete their online application. Following university approval, reports will be submitted for record-keeping to the National Postdoctoral Management Committee.
