A Post-Doctoral position is available in the laboratory of Prof. David Henshall within the Centre for the Study of Neurological Disorders at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (Dublin, Ireland). The project will explore the function of small non-coding RNAs including microRNAs in experimental models of epilepsy. Applicants should have a background in neuroscience or equivalent discipline, and expertise with in vivo electrophysiology, animal models, cognition/behaviour, drug delivery and histopathology.
