The Thoracic Immunobiology Laboratory of Washington University in St Louis offers a unique training opportunity for individuals interested in pulmonary immunology with a focus on tumor immunosurveillance for lung cancer by natural killer cells. This is a combined training opportunity between the laboratories of Dr. Alexander Sasha Krupnick (http://www.lungimmunolab.wustl.edu) and Wayne Yokoyama. Potential trainees must have an MD and/or PhD degree and an interest in dedicating at least three years to this post-doctoral fellowship. The candidate must have previous training in immunology with a strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals. The candidate must be motivated and able to advance a project with direct translational applications in lung cancer immunotherapy.
