This posting is for a postdoctoral fellow in the Division of Gastrointestinal and Liver Pathology at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Our laboratory focuses on genomic and phenotypic analyses of intratumoral heterogeneity in pancreatic and liver cancers, down to the level of single cells. The projects will require integration of molecular techniques with analyses of cell phenotype to answer compelling questions about the biology of pancreatic and liver cancers. The successful applicant will have a solid foundation in molecular biology techniques as well as experience in analysis of genomic data.
