A two year postdoctoral position is immediately available at the Institute of Pathology, Service of Clinical Pathology at the University Hospital of Lausanne. This person will conduct postdoctoral-level research on human lymphomas. More specifically, the project which comprises generation and analysis of next-generation sequencing data, aims at deciphering the molecular and genetic alterations of some T-cell lymphoma entities, and to characterize biomarkers that may be relevant to the biology, diagnosis and prognosis of these tumors. The project implies collaboration with bioinformaticians and other external collaborators. The candidate will also be involved in writing grants, preparing and publishing scientific manuscripts….
