A post-doctoral position is available at the Laboratory of Genomic Screening at CIBIO, University of Trento (http://www.unitn.it/en/cibio).
The project aims to evaluate the importance of RNA binding proteins and translational control within the ALS pathology. The candidate will be in charge to set up biochemical and cell reporter assays to be used in drug screening campaigns. The ideal candidate should have good biochemical and molecular biology background and strong interest in drug screenings and translational control in eukaryotic cells. Cell biology notions are also necessary.
