Description
POST-DOCTORAL POSITION AVAILABLE Laboratory of Gene Expression and Muscular Dystrophy, Division of Regenerative Medicine, San Raffaele Scientific Institute, Milano, Italy. The general focus of the group centers on epigenetic regulation of myogenesis using facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD) as paradigm. Projects are available to investigate mechanisms regulating chromatin structure and expression of the FSHD locus. The laboratory is strategically located within the scientific environment of the San Raffaele Biomedical Area. There are ample opportunities to interact with other laboratories with interests in regulation of gene expression and disease. The Division of Regenerative Medicine has a strong emphasis on development of novel therapeutic approaches for muscular dystrophy. Recent publications: 1.
