The candidate must have experience in producing recombinant proteins in mamalian cell culture system and is able to produce/purify over mg level of therapeutic recombinant protein in a few months. Experience in producing protein in bacteria system will be acceptable if your experience is sufficient to produce native protein in the bacteria or renature the proteins into functional ones. The prefered candidate will also have experience to yield herterodimer protein using any easy does it system such as using Fc-A protein and Fc-B rotein because the Fc- from these two proteins will be linked together via disulfide bond formation. The preferred candidate is also expected to have experience of conjugating antibody or protein to different floresence tags as well as hands on experience in determining protein stability and ubiquitination will be a plus. Newly gradatued PhD fellows are preferred.
