Job Description
A postdoctoral research position is available in the Neuroscience Center at the Louisiana State University School of Medicine-New Orleans to study ER stress, oxidative stress, inflammation, cell death, or neuroprotection in the retina of mouse models for human retinal degenerative diseases. The position is supported by an NIH grant.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
PhD or equivalent degree in biomedical science.
Preferred:
Priority will be given to highly motivated candidates who have research experiences in cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, and/or advanced biotechnology.
