Job Description
A postdoctoral fellow position is available for highly motivated scientists to investigate the role of metabolic pathways and kinase signaling pathways in tumor metastasis and chemotherapy resistance of human cancers in Sumin Kang's laboratory at Emory University, School of Medicine, Department of Hematology and Medical Oncology. Our research focuses on translational and preclinical studies on human cancers using approaches including phospho-proteomics, genomics, metabolomics, murine models of human cancers, and drug development, with ultimate goals to develop molecular targeted therapeutic strategies to treat human cancers. Successful candidates must hold a doctoral-level degree with solid background of molecular and cellular biology, biochemistry, genetics and signal transduction.
