　　Job Description

　　The Interdisciplinary Stem Cell Institute at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine has an exciting opportunity for a Postdoctoral Associate. This position supports research activities in the Stem Cell Institute under the supervision of a faculty member in order to advance the Postdoctoral Associate's knowledge and be documented by scientific publications.The duties and responsibilities for this position may include, but are not limited to:Working and collaborating on research studies.Ensuring the design, development, execution, and implementation of scientific research and/or development in collaboration with the research team.Investigating the feasibility of applying a wide variety of scientific principles and theories to potential inventions and products.Maintaining substantial knowledge of state-of-the-art principles and theories.Contributing to scientific literature and conferences as appropriate.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Ph.D., M.D., or other doctoral-level degree in a life science field of study. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to pay close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in work.
