　　需要免疫學(xué)博士學(xué)位。粘膜免疫學(xué)和/或腫瘤免疫學(xué)背景強(qiáng)者優(yōu)先。

　　所需技能：

　　-在細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)技術(shù)和細(xì)胞分析方面有豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)（有細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先）；

　　A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Giandomenica Iezzi, within the Department of Surgery, Ente Ospedaliero Cantonale (EOC) and Università della Svizzera Italiana (USI), Lugano, Switzerland, led by Prof. Pietro Majno-Hurst.

　　Our group is interested in understanding dynamics of tumor-immune system interaction in human gastrointestinal cancers and their modulation by gut microbiota (Cremonesi et al, Gut 2018; 67:1984; Governa et al, Clin Cancer Res 2017, 23:3847, Amicarella et al, Gut 2017, 66:692).

　　Your task

　　The candidate will take a leading role in projects focused on mechanisms regulating immune cell infiltration and function in gastrointestinal cancers, mainly colorectal cancer.

　　He/she will design, assist, and perform studies on human samples and in experimental models.

　　Your profile

　　PhD in immunology is required. A strong background in mucosal immunology and/or tumor immunology is preferred.

　　Required skills:

　　- Significant experience in cell culture techniques and in cell-based assays (experience with bacterial cultures is a plus);

　　- Significant experience in multi-parameter flow cytometry,

　　- Experience in basic molecular biology techniques and gene expression analysis (ability to analyze large data sets is desirable)

　　- Significant experience working with experimental models

　　- Outstanding analytical and organizational abilities

　　- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

　　The candidate is expected to work independently and to collaborate with other lab members in a team-oriented work environment.

　　We offer

　　A three-year minimum position, with a competitive salary, within a stimulating, translational, and interdisciplinary research environment, in close interaction with basic immunologists, clinicians and pathologists.

　　The lab will be located within the Institute of Research in Biomedicine (IRB) in Bellinzona, with access to state-of-the-art technologies and core facilities.
