　　我們正在尋找在過(guò)去三年內(nèi)獲得細(xì)胞和分子免疫學(xué)博士學(xué)位的積極分子，重點(diǎn)是癌癥免疫學(xué)。張實(shí)驗(yàn)室是一個(gè)綜合轉(zhuǎn)化研究項(xiàng)目，旨在設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)癌癥治療的新免疫療法和免疫策略（更多信息，Jem，JCI，癌癥研究，免疫，自然通訊等）。本課題以細(xì)胞因子、多重成像、單細(xì)胞序列等尖端技術(shù)平臺(tái)為基礎(chǔ)，重點(diǎn)剖析腫瘤免疫逃避的分子機(jī)制。

　　成功的申請(qǐng)者應(yīng)該有一個(gè)成熟的學(xué)術(shù)出版記錄，包括在高知名度期刊上首次發(fā)表的論文，以及優(yōu)秀的科學(xué)、組織、記錄保存和解決問(wèn)題的能力。候選人將通過(guò)描述

　　使用細(xì)胞和分子免疫學(xué)方法（包括全基因組基因/蛋白質(zhì)分析）對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)基因小鼠和/或人類標(biāo)本的免疫表型進(jìn)行分析。同時(shí)也鼓勵(lì)候選人探索新的研究領(lǐng)域，尋求獨(dú)立的資助，作為他們職業(yè)發(fā)展的一部分。

　　英文原文:

　　We are looking for highly motivated candidates with a Ph.D. within last three years in cellular and molecular immunology with an emphasis on the cancer immunology preferred. The Zhang laboratory functions as an integrated translational research program with the goal of designing and developing new immunotherapies and immunologic strategies for cancer treatment (For more info, JEM, JCI, Cancer Res, Immunity, Nature Comm, etc.). The project is focused on dissecting the molecular mechanisms used for tumor immune evasion based on the cutting-edge technical platforms including CyTOF, Multiplex imaging and Single-cell Seq, etc.
 
　　The successful applicants should have a proven academic publication track record, including first-authored publications at high profile journals, as well as excellent scientific, organizational, record-keeping, problem-solving skills. The candidates will conduct independent research by characterizing
 
　　the immune phenotypes of the genetically modified mice and/or human specimen using cellular and molecular immunological approaches including genome-wide gene/protein profiling analysis. The candidates are also encouraged to explore new research areas and seek independent funding as part of their own career development.
