　　Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is one of the world’s premier cancer centers, committed to exceptional patient care, leading-edge research, and superb educational programs. The blending of research with patient care is at the heart of everything we do. The institution is a comprehensive cancer center whose purposes are the treatment and control of cancer, the advancement of biomedical knowledge through laboratory and clinical research, and the training of scientists, physicians and other health care workers.

　　The Tempst Lab in the Molecular Biology Program is seeking a highly motivated and successful individual with an interest in pancreatic cancer proteogenomics and oncogenic signaling. He/she will join ongoing programs to (1) study effects of genetic alterations on the tumor proteome and phospho-proteome, and to (2) develop biomarkers for detection of early disease. 　　The ideal candidate should have expertise in:

　　● Basic protein biochemistry and molecular genetics

　　● Protein interaction analysis using affinity capture

　　● Developing isogenic pancreatic cancer cell lines carrying specific mutations or other genetic changes

　　● Basic statistical analysis and computer analyses of proteomic, genomic and cellular pathway data
