　　需要考慮的基礎(chǔ)教育、經(jīng)驗和技能：

　　需要生命科學或生物醫(yī)學科學或相關(guān)學科的博士學位；

　　3年或3年以下博士后工作經(jīng)驗；

　　在癌癥、人口科學、分子通路方面有良好的出版記錄；

　　優(yōu)秀的書面和口頭溝通能力；

　　Job Description

　　The Beckman Research Institute of City of Hope is looking for a talented Postdoctoral Fellow in the laboratory of Dr. Rick Kittles. The laboratory is involved in understanding the role of vitamin D signaling in prostate cancer health disparities.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Specific responsibilities include knowledge and experience in cell culture, immunoblotting, processing of patient samples, siRNA transfections, clonogenic and migration assays, qPCR, luciferase reporter assay, Mass Spectrophotometry, RNAseq and ChIP-seq. Postdoc will also collaborate with clinicians and community leaders to plan health fairs and address prostate cancer health disparities.

　　Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:

　　A Ph.D. degree in life or biomedical sciences, or a related discipline is required;

　　Determined and self-motivated scientist;

　　3 years or less postdoc experience;

　　Good publication record in cancer, population science, molecular pathways;

　　Excellent in written and verbal communication;

　　Good knowledge in statistics;

　　Excellent in computer skills.
