　　必須熟悉多種細(xì)胞系和原代細(xì)胞的培養(yǎng)。流式細(xì)胞術(shù)、Western blotting、酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)、shrna轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)的慢病毒和腺病毒系統(tǒng)、外源蛋白的表達(dá)以及casp9/crispr系統(tǒng)。有EAE等自身免疫性疾病小鼠模型的經(jīng)驗(yàn)是一個(gè)優(yōu)勢。成功的候選人將被期望設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)施和管理研究項(xiàng)目，解決補(bǔ)體或CD6在人類疾病中的作用。

　　Job Description

　　Immediate opening for a Postdoctoral Fellow position (or higher) in the Lin Laboratory at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute for highly motivated candidates who are interested in translational medical research. Candidates with prior experience and knowledge of techniques in molecular Immunology, and with expertise in cell and animal models of autoimmune diseases are encouraged to apply.

　　Must be familiar with cultivation of multiple cell lines and primary cells.  Flow cytometry, Western blotting, ELISA, lenti- retro- and adenoviral systems of shRNA delivery, expression of exogenous proteins, and the Casp9/Crispr system. Experience in murine models of autoimmune diseases such as EAE is an advantage. The successful candidate will be expected to design, implement and manage research projects addressing roles of complement or CD6 in human diseases.

　　Ph.D. or M.D. with relevant laboratory experience is required. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.  Candidates at both junior and senior levels are welcome to apply.
