The University of Chicago seeks PhDs or MD/PhDs with less than 3 years postdoctoral training to study 1) the role of the microbiome in modulation of neuropathology and neuroinflammation in mouse models of Alzheimer’s disease (Ref. Minter et al, SciRep 2007) and 2) the regulation of hippocampal neurogenesis by familial AD-linked presenilin variants (Ref: Choi et al, Neuron 2008).
