Job Description
The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will support basic and translational efforts in research involving magnetic resonance imaging and related applications. The position offers a great opportunity to work on a wide range of clinically-relevant imaging application and computer algorithm developments, particularly in oncologic imaging research. The successful candidate should have a PhD in any of the following; bioengineering, bioinformatics, biostatistics, imaging physics or related field (electric engineering, etc.). The duties of this position will include but not be limited to the following:
1. Conduct various research tasks in support of funded and developing initiatives.
2. Design, Implement, and evaluate novel computer algorithms tailored to specific experimental objectives.
3. Carry out experiments and analyze data, under faculty direction when appropriate.
4. Summarize results and present at institutional, regional, and international meetings and seminars.
5. Prepare manuscripts as related to funded or developing initiatives.
