Job Description
Multiple post-doctoral or Research associate positions available immediately in Dr. Wu’s laboratory located in a rich and stimulating research environment in Robert Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center/Northwestern University Chicago Campus in the Magnificant Mile, Downtown Chicago. Candidate will be working on one of the following areas: 1) mechanisms of cancer immune evasion, 2) development of novel cancer immunotherapeutics including antibody and cell-based therapy, 3) mechanisms of immunotherapy induced autoimmune toxicity, 4)inflammation and cancer (https://sites.northwestern.edu/jenniferwu/ or http://www.linkedin.com/pub/jennifer-wu/69/453/98b). Lab has continuous collaboration with clinical for patient samples and created unique State-of the Art Rosa 26 conditional knock-in mouse models for these studies. Lab also has access to clinical samples and PDX models. Candidates must have a Ph. D, preferably with experience in immunological assays. Experience with animal models and cancer biology is an advantage. Candidate must be self-driven, highly motivated, and works well in a collaborative team environment.
