二、實(shí)驗(yàn)室介紹

首都醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心腫瘤研究所張昱實(shí)驗(yàn)室長(zhǎng)期招聘博士后、副研究員和科研助理以開展腫瘤免疫，神經(jīng)免疫和自身免疫病的基礎(chǔ)研究和臨床轉(zhuǎn)化。本實(shí)驗(yàn)室長(zhǎng)期開發(fā)并使用功能基因組篩選、多組學(xué)高通量測(cè)序技術(shù)和生物信息分析等方法，結(jié)合體內(nèi)、體外小鼠和人類腫瘤模型，研究腫瘤免疫中關(guān)鍵分子的調(diào)控機(jī)制，研發(fā)腫瘤免疫治療的新方法，并將研究成果進(jìn)行臨床轉(zhuǎn)化。包括但不限于以下研究方向：

1.腫瘤免疫中新機(jī)制和免疫檢查點(diǎn)的鑒定和靶向方法：腫瘤的免疫治療是目前治療腫瘤最有效的策略之一。然而，這些免疫療法只在某些腫瘤類型和某些患者中表現(xiàn)出顯著療效，其中的機(jī)制目前尚不清楚。本實(shí)驗(yàn)室通過將體外和體內(nèi)的全基因組及定制的CRISPR/Cas9篩選相結(jié)合，旨在系統(tǒng)地鑒定出可調(diào)控腫瘤免疫治療效果的新基因和相關(guān)通路。

2.腫瘤免疫中B細(xì)胞的功能和調(diào)控：T淋巴細(xì)胞所介導(dǎo)的適應(yīng)性細(xì)胞免疫在腫瘤免疫應(yīng)答中具有重要作用，但B淋巴細(xì)胞在腫瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展及治療中所起到的作用是近年來才逐漸被關(guān)注到的，且大多都存在爭(zhēng)議。有趣的是，近來的研究表明，在患者接受免疫治療時(shí)，腫瘤內(nèi)的B細(xì)胞和三級(jí)淋巴結(jié)構(gòu)（TLSs）可能與更好的預(yù)后相關(guān)，但其中的細(xì)胞和分子機(jī)制目前仍不清楚。本實(shí)驗(yàn)室正致力于將人類TLSs的多組學(xué)分析與小鼠腫瘤模型相結(jié)合，以剖析B淋巴細(xì)胞在腫瘤免疫中的具體作用。

3.利用細(xì)胞工程和基因組編輯治療人類疾�。弘S著對(duì)人類疾病中分子和細(xì)胞機(jī)制的深入了解，靶向特定致病細(xì)胞或其前體細(xì)胞的策略已逐漸發(fā)展為新一代治療手段。其中，細(xì)胞療法（如嵌合抗原受體T細(xì)胞（CAR-T）、CAR-NK、CAR-Macrophage等）對(duì)某些人類腫瘤展現(xiàn)出了驚人的療效。有趣的是，近年來這類靶向致病細(xì)胞的療法已擴(kuò)展到其他非腫瘤疾病領(lǐng)域，如心臟纖維化和衰老相關(guān)疾病。本實(shí)驗(yàn)室正在開發(fā)新一代的細(xì)胞治療策略用于治療人類疾病。

四、崗位信息

01博士后/副研究員

1）崗位職責(zé)

1.獨(dú)立開展和參與實(shí)驗(yàn)室課題研究工作;

2.協(xié)助PI指導(dǎo)研究生實(shí)驗(yàn)；撰寫基金和申報(bào)課題等相關(guān)工作。

2）任職要求

1.已經(jīng)或即將獲得免疫學(xué)、腫瘤學(xué)、細(xì)胞分子生物學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)或其他生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域博士學(xué)位，具有相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究背景，副研究員需要有博士后研究經(jīng)歷；

2.具備獨(dú)立開展科研工作和指導(dǎo)研究生能力，具有科研熱情和嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)目蒲袘B(tài)度；

3.有扎實(shí)的免疫學(xué)，生物信息學(xué)，腫瘤免疫或自身免疫模型實(shí)驗(yàn)背景者優(yōu)先考慮；

4.具備熟練的英文交流和讀寫能力，可以獨(dú)立撰寫英文論文。

02科研助理

1）崗位職責(zé)

1.參與課題組科研工作，承擔(dān)相應(yīng)科研任務(wù)；

2.維護(hù)實(shí)驗(yàn)室日常工作及運(yùn)行。

2）任職要求

1.具有免疫學(xué)、腫瘤學(xué)、細(xì)胞分子生物學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)的本科及以上學(xué)位；

2.掌握常規(guī)分子克隆、細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)或動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)的操作原理，有實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先；

3.有責(zé)任心和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，熱愛創(chuàng)新與挑戰(zhàn)。

Laboratory Introduction

The laboratory of Yu Zhang at the Chinese Institutes for Medical Research (CIMR) works on the identification of key molecules in tumor immunology, by genome-wide functional screenings, multi-omics, high-throughput sequencing technology, and bioinformatic analysis. Our ultimate goals are developing new strategies for tumor immunotherapy, and translating basic research into clinical trials.

Open Positions

Research Scientists &

Postdoctoral Research Fellow

Biochemistry, Cell and Molecular Biology, Immunology, Cancer Biology, and other biomedical sciences

Main Responsibilities

a. Lead independent research projects and collaborate with lab members.

b. Assist the PI in mentoring graduate students and preparing grant proposals and manuscripts.

Qualifications

a. Ph.D. in immunology, oncology, molecular / cellular biology, or a related biomedical field (obtained within the past three years or expected soon).

b. Solid background in molecular and cellular biology, including cell culture, gene editing, and flow cytometry. Experience with mouse immune-mediated disease models or bioinformatics (e.g., multi-omics analysis) is preferred.

c. Proven track record as first author in high-impact journals or manuscripts under revision; capable of conducting independent research with strong scientific enthusiasm and rigor.

d. Strong responsibility, excellent teamwork and communication skills, and proficient in English communication and scientific writing.

Bioinformatics

Main Responsibilities

a. Lead independent research projects and collaborate with other team members.

b. Assist the PI in mentoring graduate students and preparing grant proposals and manuscripts.

Qualifications

a. Ph.D. in bioinformatics, computational biology, systems biology, or a related field (obtained within the past three years or expected soon); experience in epigenomic data analysis (e.g., ChIP-Seq, ATAC-Seq, RNA-Seq), single-cell sequencing, or development of bioinformatics pipelines/algorithms is highly preferred.

b. Proficient in Python, R, and Linux; capable of processing and analyzing large-scale biological datasets.

c. Highly responsible, self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

d. Proficient in English communication and scientific writing.

Research Assistant

Main Responsibilities

a. Support research projects independently or in collaboration with lab members.

b. Assist with daily lab operations, including the management of supplies and ordering of reagents.

Qualifications

a. Bachelor’s degree or above in immunology, oncology, molecular and cellular biology, or related fields.

b. Prior research experience in molecular biology and cell culture is preferred.

c. Self-motivated researcher with strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and teamwork ability.

d. Basic proficiency in English communication and scientific writing.
