中國(guó)科學(xué)院上海辰山植物科學(xué)研究中心（以下簡(jiǎn)稱辰山中心）由上海市政府和中國(guó)科學(xué)院合作共建，是中國(guó)科學(xué)院非法人研究單位，依托中國(guó)科學(xué)院上海生命科學(xué)研究院管理，致力于建成植物收集與管理、植物多樣性保護(hù)和資源可持續(xù)利用的研究與開發(fā)基地，成為上海辰山植物園與國(guó)內(nèi)外一流植物園交流合作的重要窗口。根據(jù)辰山中心的科研工作發(fā)展需要，現(xiàn)公開招聘辰山中心副主任1名。

　　一、崗位職責(zé)

　　負(fù)責(zé)重要科研項(xiàng)目的管理實(shí)施；是本領(lǐng)域杰出的學(xué)術(shù)、學(xué)科帶頭人，科研成果得到國(guó)內(nèi)外同行認(rèn)可；協(xié)助辰山中心科研規(guī)劃、計(jì)劃的制定與組織實(shí)施；組織協(xié)調(diào)辰山中心舉辦的國(guó)內(nèi)外重大科研學(xué)術(shù)交流及會(huì)議等。其他職責(zé)包括：

　　1、參與研究所重大科研活動(dòng)事項(xiàng)，提供科研管理決策的意見與建議；

　　2、協(xié)助主任做好部門內(nèi)部、部門之間的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)，配合做好上級(jí)和其他監(jiān)管部門對(duì)本中心的審計(jì)與監(jiān)督檢查工作；

　　3、完成單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和辰山中心主任交辦的其他工作。

　　二、崗位要求

　　1、具有博士學(xué)位和教授級(jí)高工（或同等級(jí)）專業(yè)技術(shù)職稱；具有正高級(jí)專業(yè)技術(shù)崗位任職經(jīng)歷，年齡不超過45歲；

　　2、具有豐富的科研管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉各類科研項(xiàng)目管理辦法、程序、規(guī)定及條例；

　　3、遵守職業(yè)道德、愛崗敬業(yè)，具備良好的品行和服務(wù)意識(shí)；具有較強(qiáng)的組織協(xié)調(diào)和綜合分析能力，以及處理復(fù)雜工作的管理能力，富有全局觀和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，原則性強(qiáng)，相容性好；

　　4、應(yīng)具有較深的科研背景和較高的科研水平。

　　同時(shí)，還須符合國(guó)家及中科院關(guān)于干部聘用的相關(guān)規(guī)定。

　　Shanghai Chenshan Plant Science Research Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences

　　The Shanghai Chenshan Plant Science Research Center (Chenshan Center) is a research institute, created through collaboration between Shanghai's Municipal Government and the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). Chenshan Center is managed by Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences, CAS , which is devoted to carrying out the plant diversity conservation, living plants collection and management, as well as the research of sustainable utilization of plant resource. For the development of Chenshan Center, we are recruiting a Deputy Director.

　　Responsibilities:

　　The Deputy Director will be involved in the management and implementation of key research programs; assist the Director with research development planning, including the making and the implementing of the plan; organize and coordinate scientific research and academic exchanges/symposiums at home and abroad.

　　Others:

　　1.Participate in important scientific research programs, give advice and suggestions on research management;

　　2.Assist the director with communication and coordination between staffs/departments; cooperate in audit work;

　　3.Accomplish other tasks assigned by the director.

　　To succeed in securing this role you will have:

　　1.A relevant PhD or a professor level senior engineer certification; experience in working with relevant programs, age no more than 45 years old;

　　2.Experience and knowledge in scientific research management;

　　3.High level interpersonal skills in terms of (written and oral) communication and facilitating work with others; high level skills in organization and collaboration with diverse people and groups;

　　4.Rich experience and relevant background with scientific research, high level of scientific research ability.

　　At the same time, it should also in line with the relevant provisions of the state and Chinese Academy of Sciences on the appointment.
