Postdoctoral Research Fellow Position in MEMS and microfabrication area, SIST

Assistant Professor Tao Wu's research group (SMALL) is seeking self-motivated postdoctoral fellow to work in the areas of ferroelectric and ferromagnetic materials based MEMS transducers and microsystem, with emphasis on applications in piezoelectric MEMS and novel multiferroic sensors. Other research interests of the group include the design of RF MEMS components, energy efficient MEMS devices and novel microfabrication techniques. We invite highly motivated Ph.D. graduates to work with us in these exciting areas. There are currently a position available.

吳濤研究組的研究方向有:

(a) 新型壓電材料加工工藝與表征技術(shù)，包括：高機(jī)電耦合系數(shù)的氮化鋁AlN薄膜加工工藝，表征與建模；

(b) 新型磁電材料加工工藝與表征技術(shù)，包括：高磁致伸縮系數(shù)的鐵磁材料薄膜加工工藝，表征與建模；精密磁電測(cè)量，如材料的磁性參數(shù)測(cè)量，材料電參數(shù)測(cè)量，交直流磁場(chǎng)測(cè)量等。

(c) 新型傳感器, 例如：基于AlN氮化鋁諧振器的傳感器，基于多鐵態(tài)材料耦合效應(yīng)的傳感器等；

1.Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Physics or related areas, within 35 years old.

2.Strong publication record in micro-/nano-scale fabrication, MEMS, ferroelectric and ferromagnetic materials.

3.Strong hand-on experience on micro-/nano-scale fabrication and material characterizations.

4.Good communication skills. Ability to mentor graduate students.

5.Fluency in written and oral English.

1）微電子、電氣工程、電子科學(xué)與技術(shù)、機(jī)電工程、精密儀器、自動(dòng)化、物理或材料等相關(guān)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位或即將獲得博士學(xué)位的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生，35周歲以內(nèi)；

2）在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的知名期刊發(fā)表過(guò)研究論文，有微納加工經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；

3）富有創(chuàng)新意識(shí)和探索精神；

4）具有良好的協(xié)調(diào)溝通能力與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；

5）具有良好的英文口頭表達(dá)和讀寫(xiě)能力；

6）身心健康，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)。
