一、研究所簡(jiǎn)介

中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院農(nóng)業(yè)信息研究所（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“信息所”），是中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院下屬的國家級(jí)非營利性科研機(jī)構(gòu)，以服務(wù)政府科學(xué)決策、服務(wù)“三農(nóng)”為宗旨，面向國家農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村發(fā)展重大戰(zhàn)略需求，主要開展國際合作重大問題研究、糧食安全和監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與科技研究、海外調(diào)研與規(guī)劃研究等任務(wù)，以國內(nèi)和國際研究相結(jié)合為特色，服務(wù)國家“一帶一路”重大倡議和農(nóng)業(yè)對(duì)外合作戰(zhàn)略。國際情報(bào)室是信息所下屬研究室，重點(diǎn)開展農(nóng)業(yè)國際合作相關(guān)工作，在農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部、科技部、國務(wù)院扶貧辦、中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院等長期支持下，與FAO、WFP、IFAD、IFPRI、UNDP等國際機(jī)構(gòu)持續(xù)開展合作研究，同時(shí)承擔(dān)國家自然科學(xué)基金委國際合作項(xiàng)目、國家社科基金重大項(xiàng)目等資助的多項(xiàng)課題。

因工作發(fā)展需要，中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院農(nóng)業(yè)信息研究所國際情報(bào)研究室現(xiàn)公開招聘國際減貧與發(fā)展方向與海外農(nóng)業(yè)研究方向高級(jí)研究助理，歡迎具有研究興趣、國際視野的優(yōu)秀人才加入。

International Poverty Reduction and Development Team

The International Poverty Reduction and Development Team was established at the International Division of Agricultural Information Institute (AII) of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS). The team contributes to poverty reduction and sustainable development in China and other developing economies through evidence-based research, multi-stakeholder partnership collaboration, collective action, and policy outreach. Meanwhile, promote China's contributions in helping solve the global food security and nutrition issues and potential cooperation opportunities. 

Team is consist of experienced researchers with academic backgrounds of agricultural economics, behavioral economics, rural sociology and development studies. It has published more than 40 research papers in SCI, SSCI and CSSCI journals, 10 books and presented in over 20 international conferences on poverty reduction and sustainable development. Both normative and empirical methodologies have been adopted in the research. Currently, the team is working intensively on China's post-2020 poverty alleviation strategy, and undertaking impact evaluation through Randomised Control Trials (RCT) of smallholders' participation in value chain development. Noteworthy research is translated into policy recommendations and submitted to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China and the State Council Leading Group Office of Poverty Alleviation and Development. 

The team has established partnerships and been sponsored by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), National Social Science Fund of China (NSSF), Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Ministry of Finance, State Council Leading Group Office of Poverty Alleviation and Development, China Development Bank, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD), World Food Programme (WFP), International Poverty Reduction Center in China (IPRCC), Japan International Cooperation Agency(JICA), Young Professionals for Agricultural Development (YPARD), and Ford Foundation, among others. 

二、招聘崗位

（一）國際減貧與發(fā)展方向高級(jí)研究助理

招聘人數(shù)：1-2人

崗位職責(zé)：

1、參與團(tuán)隊(duì)國際減貧與發(fā)展方向相關(guān)科研和項(xiàng)目工作；

2、參與團(tuán)隊(duì)國際減貧與發(fā)展相關(guān)會(huì)議、培訓(xùn)等組織工作；

3、開展國際減貧與發(fā)展領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)文章、政策簡(jiǎn)報(bào)、智庫產(chǎn)品等撰寫工作；

4、完成團(tuán)隊(duì)安排的其他日常工作。

Innovation Team for Overseas Agriculture Research and International Intelligence

Innovation Team for Overseas Agriculture Research and International Intelligence (ITOARII) was inherited from the Information Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS), which was founded in 1957 and renamed to Division of Macro Policy Research of CAAS in 1992. Merging with a few other research facilities along the way, the ITOARII was officially established in 2016.Nowadays, ITOAII has become a strong national think tank team with rich experiences in overseas agricultural research, food securities, and poverty reduction.

Based on the Mega data analysis, ITOARII integrates data resources from agricultural remote sensing, overseas field researches, and literatures and aims to provide scientific evidence based decision-making supports for national agricultural “Going Global” strategies by building the data-intensive model for agricultural globalization that targeting major countries and key agricultural products all over the world, and establishing the supporting mechanism for strategic decision-making and the information service system for the public.Team is consist of experienced researchers with academic backgrounds of agricultural economics, behavioral economics, rural sociology and development studies.
