課題組簡(jiǎn)介：

本課題組致力于研究細(xì)胞命運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)變的調(diào)控機(jī)理，主要包括兩方面內(nèi)容：一是研究細(xì)胞再生的調(diào)控機(jī)制從而理解人和高等哺乳動(dòng)物的全能性、早期發(fā)育和體內(nèi)再生；二是探索神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)衰老和退行性疾病的機(jī)制。此外，課題組也特別關(guān)注RNA相關(guān)生物學(xué)問(wèn)題，如RNA代謝、修飾、互作蛋白組學(xué)及其在相關(guān)生理或病理過(guò)程中的功能和機(jī)制。目前已有相關(guān)研究成果發(fā)表在Cell Stem Cells、Nature Methods、Nature Cell Biology等著名國(guó)際雜志上。課題組也積極開(kāi)發(fā)和使用前沿技術(shù)來(lái)解決細(xì)胞命運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)變中的基本問(wèn)題，如單細(xì)胞測(cè)序、空間轉(zhuǎn)錄組學(xué)(Aoetal.,bioRxiv2021)、基于點(diǎn)擊化學(xué)的RNA互作組學(xué)(Baoetal.,NatureMethods2018)和新開(kāi)發(fā)的人全能細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)體系等。

課題組由Miguel Angel Esteban研究員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，現(xiàn)有研究員、副研究員、博士后、技術(shù)人員、博士生和碩士生組成的團(tuán)隊(duì)30余人。實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)備齊全，擁有先進(jìn)的實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)和前沿的研究方向。課題組學(xué)術(shù)氛圍濃厚，且研究方向是高度跨學(xué)科的，可為有興趣追求該行業(yè)的學(xué)術(shù)型或領(lǐng)導(dǎo)型職位的研究人員提供良好的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。課題組內(nèi)部同時(shí)使用中文和英文進(jìn)行交流，國(guó)內(nèi)申請(qǐng)人需具備基本的英語(yǔ)溝通能力。課題組主持或參與過(guò)國(guó)家科技部、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金委、廣東省和廣州市以及跨國(guó)聯(lián)合等多項(xiàng)基金和項(xiàng)目，其中Esteban研究員于2011年作為首位"973"項(xiàng)目外裔首席科學(xué)家，曾多次獲得國(guó)家級(jí)和省部級(jí)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，如2017年中國(guó)科學(xué)院優(yōu)秀科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)、2018年中國(guó)干細(xì)胞研究學(xué)會(huì)創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng)、2018年國(guó)家友誼獎(jiǎng)、2019年廣東省自然科學(xué)一等獎(jiǎng)等。

招聘崗位：

博士后3名。在站期限為兩年，可根據(jù)課題需要適當(dāng)延長(zhǎng)至四年。

研究方向：

1、探索靈長(zhǎng)類(lèi)動(dòng)物全能性轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控機(jī)制，發(fā)現(xiàn)其特有的調(diào)控通路。

2、利用空間組學(xué)研究哺乳動(dòng)物發(fā)育、組織再生和退化的發(fā)生機(jī)理。

3、利用自主研發(fā)的人全能干細(xì)胞模型、RNA結(jié)合蛋白捕獲技術(shù)及多組學(xué)方法解析神經(jīng)退行性疾病發(fā)生機(jī)理。

應(yīng)聘條件：

●獲得細(xì)胞生物學(xué)/生物化學(xué)/生物信息學(xué)或其他生物學(xué)相關(guān)學(xué)科博士學(xué)位。

●具有分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)和細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)，或RNA生物學(xué)，或系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)和生物信息學(xué)方面的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)。

●對(duì)科研事業(yè)有濃厚興趣，有獨(dú)立開(kāi)展課題的能力，富有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。

●在國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀期刊發(fā)表過(guò)有影響力的研究論文、研究成果突出者優(yōu)先考慮。
