深圳灣實(shí)驗(yàn)室(生命信息與生物醫(yī)藥廣東省實(shí)驗(yàn)室)是廣東省、深圳市建設(shè)粵港澳國(guó)際科技創(chuàng)新中心和綜合性國(guó)家科學(xué)中心的重大戰(zhàn)略部署,是深圳建設(shè)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義先行示范區(qū)行動(dòng)中,全力支持的重大創(chuàng)新載體。
深圳灣實(shí)驗(yàn)室面向世界科技前沿和人民生命健康,緊緊圍繞國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略布局,以協(xié)同攻克生命健康重大科學(xué)難題為導(dǎo)向,以腫瘤、代謝與心血管、神經(jīng)退行性、傳染性等重大疾病的預(yù)防、診斷和治療為焦點(diǎn),以IT+BT融合及多學(xué)科交叉為特色,開展疾病機(jī)理、生命信息、創(chuàng)新藥物、醫(yī)學(xué)成像等領(lǐng)域研究。在深圳灣實(shí)驗(yàn)室,重大疾病問題與前沿學(xué)科技術(shù)互為經(jīng)緯,以科研單元矩陣式設(shè)計(jì)打破傳統(tǒng)學(xué)科界限,充分促進(jìn)學(xué)科交叉優(yōu)勢(shì);以自由探索與協(xié)同攻關(guān)雙輪驅(qū)動(dòng),散點(diǎn)偵察與陣地突破的結(jié)合,對(duì)生命健康問題開展更全面且更精準(zhǔn)的研究,實(shí)踐新型舉國(guó)體制科研新模式。

研究所/中心簡(jiǎn)介
醫(yī)藥健康技術(shù)與工程研究所,面向健康中國(guó)國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略需求,聚焦制約我國(guó)醫(yī)藥健康產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的"卡脖子"科學(xué)和技術(shù)難題,延攬國(guó)際優(yōu)勢(shì)科研和頂尖人才,通過多學(xué)科交叉和跨界融合,構(gòu)建醫(yī)藥健康創(chuàng)新研究與應(yīng)用轉(zhuǎn)化的平臺(tái)和基地,開展引領(lǐng)國(guó)際醫(yī)藥健康領(lǐng)域的高水平研究,在創(chuàng)新藥物、新型疫苗、健康干預(yù)等方面實(shí)現(xiàn)系列原創(chuàng)性科學(xué)技術(shù)突破,開展產(chǎn)學(xué)研醫(yī)全鏈條創(chuàng)新轉(zhuǎn)化研究,形成原始創(chuàng)新能力和集成創(chuàng)新能力,培養(yǎng)高端人才,助力企業(yè)完成醫(yī)藥健康工業(yè)技術(shù)改造和轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),支撐一批具有國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和行業(yè)引領(lǐng)力的醫(yī)藥與健康科技企業(yè),不斷提升深圳醫(yī)藥與健康產(chǎn)業(yè)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
課題組簡(jiǎn)介
課題組組長(zhǎng)介紹:孫勇奎院士,醫(yī)藥健康技術(shù)與工程研究所召集人之一,美國(guó)國(guó)家工程院院士,原力生命科學(xué)有限公司的創(chuàng)始人之一。1977年,恢復(fù)高考那年,孫院士考入廈門大學(xué),并獲得學(xué)士及碩士學(xué)位;在美國(guó)加州理工學(xué)院,取得博士學(xué)位。畢業(yè)后,孫院士在默克、默沙東連續(xù)工作二十余載,擁有非常豐富的藥物研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn),曾兩次獲得美國(guó)綠色化學(xué)總統(tǒng)獎(jiǎng)。其在默沙東工作期間創(chuàng)立的默沙東催化實(shí)驗(yàn)室,至今仍是世界上最具有影響力的催化實(shí)驗(yàn)室之一。目前,由他創(chuàng)辦的公司融資金額已超過10億元。
課題組研究方向:抗腫瘤新藥研發(fā),包括尋找靶點(diǎn)、合成催化、臨床評(píng)價(jià)等。

崗位一:助理研究員
需求人數(shù):1人
崗位工作內(nèi)容:
The candidate will lead a research group team to identify or validate novel targets, and investigate the mechanism of drug resistance. The successful candidate will be expected to propose research directions and drug discovery projects with global first-in-class or best-in-class potentials. He or She will independently design, execute and manage internal research projects, collaborate with other groups within the institute and manage external collaborations. In addition, the candidate will be able to communicate research updates in the form of oral presentations internally and/or externally and deliver results in written documents for patent filings and publications.
Successful candidate will work closely with two academician PI’s (Prof. Peter Lobie and Prof. Yongkui Sun), and has opportunity to work closely with scientists in a bio-tech company for translational research.
Responsibilities:
1.Build a research group team to explore cutting-edge scientific topics on Disease/ translational biology. It’s preferred to have rich research experience in the field of immuno-oncology and targeted therapy.
2.Identify and validate novel drug targets and new mechanisms of actions, and propose early drug discovery projects with high potentials.
3. Work independently to conduct research related to cancer therapy and define tumor intrinsic resistance mechanisms of immune-checkpoint or target therapy.
4. Independently lead a scientific team and collaborate with other research scientists from the institute and manage external collaborations to deliver results for high value patent or high impact factor publication.
崗位要求:
1. PhD in Cancer Biology, Immunology, Pharmacology or other related Biological sciences. Research experiences in Cancer cell biology, cell cycle/signaling, drug resistance or related field are highly desirable.
2. With postdoctoral working experience in world renowned lab, industry experience preferred.
3. Familiar with drug discovery, and experience to lead drug discovery programs from hit generation to IND-enabling studies would be advantageous.
4. Good tracking record of scientific publications.

崗位二:博士后(生物方向/化學(xué)方向)
需求人數(shù):5人
生物方向崗位工作內(nèi)容:
1. Help to design experiments.
2. Conduct experiments, analyse data.
3. Write papers and grants proposals.
4. Mentor students, and compete for fellowships.
崗位要求:
1. PhD in cancer biology or related area, the doctoral degree obtained within 3 years.
2. Be under the age of 35 and physically adequate.
3.Expertise in DNA and protein biology (including work on oncogene proteins and transcription factors) is preferred.
4.Strong background and working knowledge of basic molecular and cellular biology techniques such as cell culture, cloning, real-time PCR and western blotting.
5. Any experience with animal modeling, analyses of human clinical samples, is highly desirable.
6. Experience in drug development, mechanisms and interactions.
7.A proven track record in the form of publications in international English language journals
8. Ability to communicate in written and spoken English.
化學(xué)方向崗位工作內(nèi)容:
1.Help to design experiments.

崗位要求:
1. Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry, organometallic chemistry, catalysis, bio-catalysis or other related education background. Strong research experience in late-stage functionalization, high-throughput experimentation, enzyme catalysis and photochemical catalysis is preferred.
2. Candidates who have experiences in drug discovery and development are highly preferred, including but not limited to drug synthetic route design, computational chemistry for designing of biological active molecules.
3.Self motivator, capability in carrying out independent research work and with good publish track record in the related fields.
4. With enthusiasm for scientific research; Strong interpersonal & communication skills, English stills a plus.
條件待遇:
1. Besides competitive compensation, postdoc can obtain application-based living subsidies of 180,000 RMB per year provided by Shenzhen government.
2.Qualified postdoc can also obtain 100,000 RMB per year according to Fenji Postdoctoral Program of SZBL.
3.After leaving SZBL, postdocs can apply for research grants of 300,000 RMB in total for three years if they continue to conduct scientific research in Shenzhen and when the related application requirements are met. Also, qualified postdocs are encouraged to apply for Shenzhen Bay Fellow to receive corresponding benefits based on specific application requirements.
4.When the postdoc program ends, postdocs who decide to stay in SZBL can obtain application-based living subsidies of 300,000 RMB provided by Guangming District.
崗位三:研究助理
需求人數(shù):3人
崗位工作內(nèi)容:
1.協(xié)助博士后及助理研究員開展日常科研工作,并能夠按照計(jì)劃獨(dú)立完成交辦的實(shí)驗(yàn)。
2. 根據(jù)項(xiàng)目需要,及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、完整、科學(xué)地記錄實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,參與數(shù)據(jù)審核,問題分析和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果統(tǒng)計(jì)歸納。
3. 能夠進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)檢索及相關(guān)報(bào)告的撰寫,及時(shí)了解跟蹤行業(yè)熱點(diǎn),能夠主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)新知識(shí)新技術(shù)。
崗位要求:
1. 生物醫(yī)學(xué)類相關(guān)專業(yè)背景的碩士學(xué)歷。
2.熟悉基本的分子細(xì)胞生物學(xué)及免疫學(xué)的實(shí)驗(yàn)技能,有相關(guān)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
