The Shanghai Institute of Immunity and Infection (SIII) is a research institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It is determined to serve global public health and is an important force active in the field of global infectious disease prevention and control. 其中，病原菌定量基因組學(xué)研究組致力于開(kāi)發(fā)分析大規(guī)�；�因組數(shù)據(jù)集的新方法，從歷史、功能、醫(yī)學(xué)、生態(tài)和進(jìn)化 的角度理解高度重組的細(xì)菌物種的遺傳變異的原因和后果。Daniel Falush 教授畢業(yè)于劍橋大學(xué)和倫敦大學(xué)學(xué)院，并曾在東京大學(xué)、馬克斯普朗克研究所(德國(guó))和牛津大學(xué)工作。他在高影響期刊(Science、Nature、PLoS Genetics、ELife)上發(fā)表了 80 多篇論文， 并曾獲得國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金會(huì)外籍人才資助等獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。自 2019 年以來(lái)，一直擔(dān)任課題組負(fù)責(zé)人。

The Statistical Genomics of Bacterial Pathogens Research Unitdevelops new methods for analyzing large scale genomic datasets. We aim to understand the causes and consequences of genetic variation in highly recombining bacterial species from historical, functional, medical, ecological, and evolutionary perspectives. Prof. Falush graduated from University of Cambridge and University College London, and has worked at the University of Tokyo, the Max Planck Institute (Germany), and the University of Oxford. He has published more than 80 papers in high-impact journals (Science, Nature, PLoS Genetics, Elife) and has been awarded, for example, an NSFC Senior Foreign Talent grant. He has been the group leader of The Unit of Statistical Genetics of Bacteria since 2019.

現(xiàn)因工作需要，病原菌定量基因組學(xué)研究組公開(kāi)招聘研究助理1人。入職后將在課題組長(zhǎng)指導(dǎo)下，參與國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃，開(kāi)展大腸桿菌、艱難梭菌等移植后繼發(fā)感染重要病原菌的起源、遺傳學(xué)特征和入侵機(jī)制研究。

Our Group is currently recruiting oneResearch Assistantdue to the requirements of our work. The selected candidatewill work under the guidance of the group leader, participating in a MOSTproject. The research will focus on the origin, genetic characteristics, and invasion mechanisms of important pathogens such as Escherichia coliandClostridioides difficile, which cause post-transplantation secondary infections.

1）工作內(nèi)容：

1.從臨床樣本中分離、培養(yǎng)病原細(xì)菌和DNA提�。�

Isolation and cultivation of pathogenic bacteria and DNA extraction from clinical samples;

2.基于病原細(xì)菌的高通量測(cè)序數(shù)據(jù)，開(kāi)展生物信息學(xué)、基因組學(xué)和分子流行病學(xué)分析和研究；

Conduct bioinformatics, genomics, and molecular epidemiology analysis and research based on high-throughput sequencing data of pathogenic bacteria;

3.協(xié)助課題組長(zhǎng)完成其他科研相關(guān)工作。

Assist the group leader in completing other related research tasks.

2）應(yīng)聘條件：

1.具有微生物學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)、流行病學(xué)等生物醫(yī)學(xué)類(lèi)本科或碩士學(xué)歷學(xué)位；

Bachelor's or Master's degree in biomedical disciplines such as microbiology, molecular biology, or epidemiology;

2.具備細(xì)菌分離培養(yǎng)等實(shí)驗(yàn)技能，具有臨床微生物學(xué)或生物信息學(xué)背景者優(yōu)先；

Proficiency in experimental skills such as bacterial isolation and cultivation, with preference given to those with backgrounds in clinical microbiology or bioinformatics;

3.具備良好的英文閱讀和書(shū)寫(xiě)能力；

Proficiency in English reading and writing;

4.為人誠(chéng)信，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)踏實(shí)，富有較強(qiáng)的獨(dú)立工作能力、責(zé)任心和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
