二、招募對(duì)象
本計(jì)劃致力于招募全球杰出人工智能領(lǐng)域青年學(xué)者。
三、申報(bào)條件
1、遵守中華人民共和國(guó)法律法規(guī)，具有良好的科學(xué)道德，自覺(jué)踐行新時(shí)代科學(xué)家精神；
2、出生日期在
3、具有博士學(xué)位；
4、研究方向主要為自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等；
5、在取得博士學(xué)位后至
6、取得同行專(zhuān)家認(rèn)可的科研或技術(shù)等成果，且具有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ?/p>
7、申請(qǐng)人尚未全職回國(guó)（來(lái)華）工作，或者
限項(xiàng)要求：執(zhí)行國(guó)家科技人才計(jì)劃統(tǒng)籌銜接的相關(guān)要求。同層次國(guó)家科技人才計(jì)劃只能承擔(dān)一項(xiàng)，不能逆層次申請(qǐng)。具體申報(bào)條件及限項(xiàng)要求以2025年最新發(fā)布《國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（海外）項(xiàng)目指南》版本為準(zhǔn)。

Targetting Candidates
This program is dedicated to recruiting globally distinguished young scholars specializing in Artificial Intelligence.
Eligibility Criteria
1.Comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of
2.Date of birth must be January 1, 1985 or later.
3.Hold a Ph.D. Degree.
4.Primary research areas must align with natural sciences, engineering, or related fields.
5.Applicants should typically possess at least 36 months of cumulative research or teaching experience at overseas universities, research institutions, or corporate R&D organizations, between degree conferral and April 15, 2025. Exceptional candidates with outstanding achievements may be considered for a more flexible experience requirement.
6.Have achieved recognized scientific, technological, or other academic accomplishments, with the potential to become a leader or outstanding talent in their field.
7.Meeting either condition: no prior full-time employment in
Restriction Requirement
Adhere to the integrated coordination requirements for national science and technology talent programs. Candidates may hold only one same-tier national talent program and are prohibited from applying downward across program tiers. All provisions are governed by the 2025 "National Natural Science Foundation of China Outstanding Young Scholars Fund (Overseas) Project Guidelines."
