一、 我們需要什么樣的人？（I. What kinds of talents we want?）

崗位設(shè)置：高層次專任教練員（主要運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目：冬季運(yùn)動(dòng)各項(xiàng)目，足球、籃球、排球、游泳、田徑、手球、曲棍球、棒球、壘球、水球等）

Vacancies: high-level full-time coaches（sports: various winter sports, football, basketball, volleyball, swimming, athletics, handball, hockey, baseball, softball and water polo, etc.）

崗位要求：

（一）不限國籍。我們致力于打造一個(gè)高層次、多元化、國際化的教練員團(tuán)隊(duì)。

（二）持有運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目規(guī)定的高等級(jí)教練員資格證書。

（三）過往經(jīng)歷需滿足下列條件之一：

1、在中國各級(jí)各類國家隊(duì)有過執(zhí)教經(jīng)歷，成績突出。

2、在中國頂級(jí)聯(lián)賽運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)（俱樂部）有過執(zhí)教經(jīng)歷，成績突出。

3、在運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目處于世界領(lǐng)先水平國家（地區(qū)）的各級(jí)國家隊(duì)有過執(zhí)教經(jīng)歷，成績突出。

4、在世界公認(rèn)的高水平聯(lián)賽俱樂部（運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)），有過執(zhí)教經(jīng)歷，成績突出。例如：歐洲足球五大聯(lián)賽和NBA等。

5、作為主教練，帶隊(duì)在國內(nèi)外頂級(jí)賽事取得優(yōu)秀名次。

（四）具有國家隊(duì)、職業(yè)或高水平運(yùn)動(dòng)員經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先。

（五）年齡在50歲以下，身體健康，能夠適應(yīng)隊(duì)伍的集訓(xùn)備戰(zhàn)工作需求。特別優(yōu)秀者年齡可適當(dāng)放寬。

Requirements:

 （I）Open to all nationalities. We are committed to building a high-level, diversified and international coach team.

 （II）Must have high-level coach qualifications required by related sports.

 （III）Your work experience must meet at least one of the following conditions:

1. Experience in coaching various levels and kinds of national teams in China with remarkable performance.

2. Experience in coaching China’s top-level league sports teams（clubs）with remarkable performance.

3. Experience in coaching various levels of national teams of countries（regions）leading in sports with remarkable performance..

4. Experience in coaching world-recognized high-level league clubs（sports teams）, such as the big five football leagues in Europe and NBA, etc., with remarkable performance.

5. Experience as a head coach in leading a team at international competitions, intercontinental competitions and top-level competitions at home and abroad and come out top.

 （IV）Priority is given to those with experience in a national team or as a professional or high-level athlete.

 （V）Applicants must be no more than 50 years of age（with possible exceptions for quite outstanding ones）, in good health and adapted to the needs of team training and preparations.

二、我們需要您做什么？（II. What do we need you to do ?）

1、青訓(xùn)人才培養(yǎng)：幫助優(yōu)秀的競技體育后備人才具備進(jìn)入到更高級(jí)別運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)或者職業(yè)梯隊(duì)所需的素養(yǎng)。帶領(lǐng)不同年齡段青少年運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練和培養(yǎng)，提高其技戰(zhàn)術(shù)水平，記錄和了解運(yùn)動(dòng)員取得的進(jìn)步，創(chuàng)造一個(gè)歡快、愉悅、有競爭力的青訓(xùn)氛圍。

2、高水平運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)執(zhí)教。帶領(lǐng)學(xué)校各級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)（俱樂部）進(jìn)行日常訓(xùn)練，參加國內(nèi)外重大賽事，爭金奪銀。

3、教育教學(xué)工作。學(xué)校開設(shè)大學(xué)生教練員實(shí)驗(yàn)班，您將以導(dǎo)師的身份，指導(dǎo)3-5名實(shí)驗(yàn)班學(xué)員的學(xué)業(yè)。為實(shí)驗(yàn)班本科生和研究生授課，開展講座和學(xué)術(shù)沙龍活動(dòng)。

1. Cultivate young talents. Help to equip excellent reserve talents of competitive sports with the quality required for higher-level sports teams or pipelines. Train and cultivate youth athletes of different age groups to improve their technique and tactics, record and understand their progress and create an enjoyable and competitive youth training atmosphere.

2. Coach high-level sports teams. Lead various levels of sports teams（clubs）of BSU for daily training and win good results in major events at home and abroad.

3. Teach at school. We offer an undergraduate coach experimental class. You will guide the study of 3-5 students of the experiment class as a supervisor, give lessons to undergraduates and postgraduates of the experimental class, give lectures and carry out academic salons.

3、提供與崗位相匹配的訓(xùn)練經(jīng)費(fèi)與訓(xùn)練、辦公場所。

4、按照國際慣例享受帶薪休假。

5、積極工作并取得成績的，享受學(xué)校業(yè)績獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，每年最高可達(dá)100萬元。

6、簽訂工作合同（首聘期3年），享受學(xué)校相關(guān)福利。符合政策條件的，子女可享受學(xué)校周邊優(yōu)秀的教育資源。

7、條件優(yōu)秀且符合政策要求的，首聘期滿，通過學(xué)�？己撕�，可優(yōu)先解決北京戶口、事業(yè)編制。

8、根據(jù)學(xué)校崗位考核細(xì)則，考核合格者將予以續(xù)聘。

1. We offer competitive salary package. Salary negotiable.

2. Qualified applicants will be employed as chief experts for the coaching team.

3. All posts will provide generous training funds, training ground and workplace commensurate with the posts.

4. You will enjoy paid vacations according to the international practice.

5. Performance-based rewards will be given by BSU to hard-working and outstanding ones. The rewards can be as high as RMB 1 million each year.

6. We will sign a work contract with you（3 years for the first employment term）and you will enjoy related welfare of BSU. If policies permit, assistance will be offered in enrolling your children at a high-quality school nearby.

7. If policies permit, excellent coaches can have priority to obtaining a permanent Beijing resident permit and a permanent post after evaluation by BSU at the end of the first employment term.

8. Employment contract is extendable for qualified ones according to BSU’s regulations on post evaluation.
