三、資格條件：

1.熱愛教育事業(yè)，遵守教師職業(yè)道德、師德師風(fēng)良好。

2.具有政治學(xué)等領(lǐng)域博士學(xué)位，且具有較為豐富的研究和教學(xué)經(jīng)歷，教學(xué)效果良好。

3.具有能反映個(gè)人明確教學(xué)理念、良好課程教學(xué)結(jié)果、創(chuàng)新教學(xué)方法、優(yōu)良課程效果或規(guī)范教學(xué)資料的相關(guān)成果。（如：在期刊或會議上發(fā)表教學(xué)論文、參與編寫教學(xué)資料、獲院級（含）以上教學(xué)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)、其他相關(guān)資料或證明等。）

II. Applicants holding or nearly completing a doctorate degree in political science or related fields, accompanied by extensive and impactful teaching experience.
