一、學(xué)院介紹

基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院作為北京大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)部的重要組成部分，自1954年成立以來(lái)，已發(fā)展成為國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先的基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)教育和研究機(jī)構(gòu)，設(shè)有16個(gè)系（所），擁有全國(guó)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室等國(guó)際先進(jìn)的科研基地和技術(shù)平臺(tái)。學(xué)院聚集了大量國(guó)內(nèi)外高水平學(xué)者，擁有6位兩院院士、20位杰青、18位優(yōu)青等眾多國(guó)家級(jí)人才。學(xué)院年均發(fā)表科研論文近400篇，包括Science、Nature、Cell、NEJM、Nature Medicine等頂級(jí)期刊論文。為加速“雙一流”建設(shè)進(jìn)程，學(xué)院需要更多優(yōu)秀人才加入，共同推進(jìn)北京大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)部基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院的發(fā)展。教研系列職位采用Tenure-track體制，提供優(yōu)厚的科研啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)、實(shí)驗(yàn)室條件、研究團(tuán)隊(duì)支持和薪酬待遇。

二、招聘學(xué)科

北京大學(xué)基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院面向海內(nèi)外公開招聘生物醫(yī)學(xué)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的高層次領(lǐng)軍人才，重點(diǎn)方向包括：病理學(xué)、微循環(huán)、生物化學(xué)、胚胎與發(fā)育、神經(jīng)生物等學(xué)科方向。

三、申請(qǐng)條件

1、具有海內(nèi)外博士學(xué)位，具有良好的研究訓(xùn)練背景，在海外一流院校獲得長(zhǎng)聘副教授以上教職或在國(guó)內(nèi)重點(diǎn)院校獲得正高級(jí)職稱；

2、在相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域取得高影響代表性研究成果并具有持續(xù)活躍的學(xué)術(shù)表現(xiàn)，對(duì)學(xué)科發(fā)展具有國(guó)際視野、戰(zhàn)略思維和引領(lǐng)作用；

3、獲得國(guó)家級(jí)人才計(jì)劃者優(yōu)先聘任；

4、年齡一般在55周歲以下。

1. School Overview：

The School of Basic Medical Sciences, an integral part of the Health Science Center since its inception in 1954, has evolved into a leading center for basic medical education and research institution in China. It comprises 16 departments (institutes), housing national key laboratories among other internationally advanced research bases and technical platforms. The school is renowned for its strong faculty, gathering numerous well-known scholars from both home and abroad, including 6 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering, 20 recipients of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, and 18 recipients of the Excellent Young Scientists Fund. The school publishes over 400 scientific research papers annually, including top-tier journal articles in Science, Nature, Cell, NEJM, Nature Medicine, etc. To accelerate the "Double First-Class" construction, we are eager to attract more outstanding talents to join and promote the development of the School of Basic Medical Sciences at Peking University Health Science Center. The faculty positions adopt the Tenure-track system, offering generous support in research start-up funds, laboratory conditions, research team, and compensation.

2. Recruiting Disciplines:

The School of Basic Medical Sciences at Peking University is openly recruiting high-level leading talents in various fields of biomedicine, with a focus on pathology, microcirculation, biochemistry, embryology and development, neuroscience, etc.

3. Application Requirements:

Holding a doctoral degree from home or abroad with a solid research training background, having obtained a tenure-track associate professorship or above in leading universities abroad or a senior professional title in domestic key research institutions;

Achieving highly impact representative research outcomes in the relevant research fields with ongoing active academic performance, possessing an international perspective and strategic thinking for discipline development, capable of leading the discipline;

Priority appointment for recipients of talent programs;

Generally under the age of 55.
