一、論壇簡(jiǎn)介

西南大學(xué)青年學(xué)者“含弘科技論壇”，旨在將海內(nèi)外不同學(xué)術(shù)背景的優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者匯聚在中國(guó)西部唯一直轄市——重慶，促進(jìn)海內(nèi)外青年學(xué)者在國(guó)際前沿科技研究領(lǐng)域展開(kāi)交流與探討，促進(jìn)學(xué)科交叉及學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新，加深對(duì)重慶、西南大學(xué)的全面了解，促成高層次人才來(lái)校創(chuàng)新立業(yè)。論壇涵蓋心理學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)、物理學(xué)、化學(xué)、材料學(xué)、材料物理與化學(xué)、地理學(xué)、生物學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)、農(nóng)業(yè)工程、環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程、食品科學(xué)與工程、作物學(xué)、園藝學(xué)、農(nóng)業(yè)資源與環(huán)境、植物保護(hù)、畜牧學(xué)、水產(chǎn)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、獸醫(yī)學(xué)、藥學(xué)等多個(gè)研究領(lǐng)域。

二、申請(qǐng)條件

在自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等領(lǐng)域取得一定成績(jī)或具有發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ暮��?nèi)外優(yōu)秀青年人才。

國(guó)內(nèi)優(yōu)秀人才：年齡在45歲以下；青年千人、青年長(zhǎng)江、國(guó)家優(yōu)青、青年拔尖人才，或者相當(dāng)層次、具有良好發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ膬?yōu)秀青年人才。

國(guó)（境）外優(yōu)秀人才：年齡在40歲以下；具有海外知名大學(xué)博士學(xué)位；或者具有國(guó)內(nèi)博士學(xué)位，并在國(guó)（境）外從事科研工作2年以上。

三、申請(qǐng)時(shí)間及報(bào)名方式

自通知發(fā)布之日起接受申請(qǐng)，上半年申請(qǐng)截止時(shí)間：2017年3月31日，下半年申請(qǐng)截止時(shí)間：2017年10月31日。請(qǐng)?zhí)顚?strong>《西南大學(xué)青年學(xué)者“含弘科技論壇”報(bào)名表》，發(fā)送至郵箱rencai@swu.edu.cn。確定受邀請(qǐng)者將會(huì)收到參會(huì)邀請(qǐng)函。

四、舉辦形式和時(shí)間

本論壇常年開(kāi)設(shè)，2017年的兩次集中舉辦時(shí)間定為4月1日至5月30日、11月1日至12月30日。具體舉辦時(shí)間由各學(xué)院與受邀者協(xié)商確定。

五、差旅及住宿

論壇期間，學(xué)校提供免費(fèi)食宿。受邀者自訂往返機(jī)票，來(lái)校按經(jīng)濟(jì)艙據(jù)實(shí)報(bào)銷。報(bào)銷限額如下：亞洲以外國(guó)家和地區(qū)1.5萬(wàn)元/人，亞洲國(guó)家1萬(wàn)元/人、國(guó)內(nèi)（含港澳臺(tái)）0.5萬(wàn)元/人。

Invite young talents to the First SWU

 Young Scholars Forum

I. Introduction

SWU Forum for Young Scholars aims at gathering outstanding scholars in Chongqing—the only municipality directly under the Central Government in West China?to promote exchange between talented young scholars and cooperation between different frontiers of research and offer opportunity for the young scholars to work in SWU.

II. Disciplines for Academic Positions

Psychological Science, Agricultural Science, Animal Science, life sciences, Chemistry and Materials Science, Resources and Environmental Science, Mathematics and Information Science, Physical science, Engineering Technology, pharmacy, etc.

III. Basic Qualifications

Outstanding young scholars in the field of Natural science and Engineering Technology are preferred.  

Under the age of 40, shall possess a Doctor degree granted by prestigious universities at home and abroad, have at least two years’ work experience abroad, and hold formal teaching and researching positions in overseas prestigious universities, institutions or enterprises.

VI. Travel Reimbursement and Accommodation

Accommodation is free. The host will provide the reimbursement of travel expenses for all scholars(economy class), the maximum amount for those from Asia is 10000 yuan for those from countries and regions outside Asia is 15000 yuan,

Southwest University (SWU) is a key comprehensive university directly affiliated to the Ministry of Education, a university included by the construction of “211 Projects” and Innovation Platform for Advanced Disciplines of “985 Projects” which is located in Beibei District of Chongqing. The university currently comprises 55 undergraduate programs, 44 master’s programs, 19 doctor’s programs, 22 postdoctoral research stations, 3 national key disciplines, 2 key disciplines with national support, and 37 provincial key disciplines. Among its 2,800 faculty and staff members, there are 1 member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, 1 members of Chinese Academy of Engineering, 12 professors in National “One Thousand Talents Program”,  9“ Cheung Kong scholars”, 2 recipients of National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, 2 chief scientists of National “973” research Projects, and 14professors in “BaiQianWan Talents Program”. The university got more than 700 national research projects and the research projects and funds increased by33% per year in the past five years. According to statistics of the Essential Science Indicators (ESI) database, the total number of citations of papers in 6 disciplines (Chemistry, Botany & zoology, Agricultural Science, Material Science, Engineering and Biology & Biochemistry) of Southwest University entered global top 1 %.
