深圳大學(xué)教育學(xué)部誠(chéng)邀英才加入李樹英特聘教授領(lǐng)銜的全球教育現(xiàn)象學(xué)研究團(tuán)隊(duì),研究領(lǐng)域包括：與技術(shù)教育學(xué)相對(duì)的智慧教育學(xué)、基于課堂和職場(chǎng)的教師專業(yè)發(fā)展行動(dòng)研究、教學(xué)改進(jìn)與創(chuàng)新學(xué)術(shù)研究和大學(xué)發(fā)展研究等。李樹英博士是人文視域中教育現(xiàn)象學(xué)研究的引領(lǐng)者和積極推動(dòng)者，也是立足教育各學(xué)段、基于職場(chǎng)的教師專業(yè)發(fā)展行動(dòng)研究的重要倡導(dǎo)者。由于研究發(fā)展需要，根據(jù)申請(qǐng)的資歷情況，擬招聘三名研究員/副研究員。研究團(tuán)隊(duì)另外兩名預(yù)聘-長(zhǎng)聘教師崗位詳見大學(xué)單獨(dú)的招聘廣告。

2.申請(qǐng)條件

申請(qǐng)研究員、副研究員的學(xué)術(shù)人員必須已獲得教育學(xué)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的博士學(xué)位，具有良好的學(xué)術(shù)研究、教學(xué)及社會(huì)服務(wù)經(jīng)歷。本次招聘將優(yōu)先考慮研究成果優(yōu)秀和有海外學(xué)習(xí)或工作經(jīng)歷的學(xué)術(shù)人員，國(guó)籍不限。根據(jù)申請(qǐng)者的資歷情況，成功的申請(qǐng)者可獲聘“研究員”或“副研究員”的學(xué)術(shù)職務(wù)。研究人員將與研究團(tuán)隊(duì)聯(lián)合完成各類基金及重大項(xiàng)目研究工作；根據(jù)科研任務(wù)要求，以深圳大學(xué)教育學(xué)部為第一單位，發(fā)表和出版高水平科研成果，以及完成研究團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人安排的其他工作。同時(shí)鼓勵(lì)研究員以項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人身份申請(qǐng)各級(jí)科研課題。

3.身份待遇

1.Job Description

The Faculty of Education of Shenzhen University invites applicants to join Professor Shuying Sean Li’s research team in the educational field of phenomenological (thoughtful) pedagogy, classroom-based teacher professional development and scholarship of teaching and learning innovation. Up to three research positions are to be hired. Another two to be tenured faculty positions are posted separately on university website.

2. Eligibility

For researcher position, candidates must hold a doctoral degree in Education or related area with solid evidence for academic research, teaching and social service. Preference will be given to candidates with outstanding research and teaching in well-known educational institutions. Priority consideration will be given to those who have overseas studying and working experience, with a good record of publications in competitive refereed journals in the relevant disciplines. Applicants with foreign nationalities are also welcome to apply. Selected candidates will be granted the title of Researcher or Associate Researcher equvalent to full professor or associate professor depending upon qualifications and are expected to conduct centralized research projects, produce top level publications with Shenzhen University as the first authoring institution and the other academic work assigned by the team leader. They are also encouraged to apply for various research projects as the principal investigator.

Successful candidates will be expected to assume duty as soon as possible.

3. Remuneration

A competitive annual remuneration package will be offered to successful candidates with a 2 to 5-year contract. During the contract period, excellent researchers can apply for the tenured (long term) faculty position following the university’s hiring procedure. Researchers (with spouse and children) can obtain Shenzhen city residence status.
