專業(yè)要求:微生物,化學(xué),工程及相關(guān)專業(yè)。
研究內(nèi)容:生物化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化(如,微生物油、沼氣、藻類生物柴油,發(fā)酵制氫和丁醇等)和生物質(zhì)化學(xué)(預(yù)處理,合成,氣化,水解,液化,燃燒等)及綠色溶劑(離子液體)和納米催化劑用于生物煉制。

(i)教職人員:具有微生物,生化工程和農(nóng)業(yè)工程及相關(guān)專業(yè)博士及以上學(xué)歷,具有獨(dú)立工作能力,有在高水平國際刊物發(fā)表論文及申請課題的成功經(jīng)歷或能力。能協(xié)助研究組長申請課題,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)博士后和碩博研究生在微生物發(fā)酵轉(zhuǎn)化方面的工作并能承擔(dān)一定的教學(xué)任務(wù)。
(ii)博士后:具有化學(xué),農(nóng)業(yè)工程,化工,化學(xué),機(jī)械,微生物和生化工程及相關(guān)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位,具有生物質(zhì)或化石燃料的化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化(合成,氣化,水解,熱解,液化,燃燒等)或水熱化學(xué)和綠色化學(xué)(離子液體,有機(jī)溶劑和超臨界流體等)及生物轉(zhuǎn)化研究經(jīng)歷。具有獨(dú)立工作能力,有在高水平國際刊物發(fā)表論文及申請課題的成功經(jīng)歷或能力。
(iii)實(shí)驗(yàn)工程師/技術(shù)員:化學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)(含本科及以上學(xué)歷)畢業(yè),并在分析儀器和設(shè)備方面有5年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):如在分析儀器(GC,GC-MS,HPLC,TOC,UV,F(xiàn)T-IR,TPD,BET等)和反應(yīng)器(如高壓反應(yīng)釜,微波和超聲波反應(yīng)器及發(fā)酵罐等)使用管理和設(shè)計(jì)方面的經(jīng)歷。負(fù)責(zé)生物能源組儀器和設(shè)備等的操作,管理,設(shè)計(jì)和維護(hù)等。支撐生物能源組的研究和教育(包括本科生和研究生)計(jì)劃。
招聘名額:1位研究/教職人員(工業(yè)微生物,發(fā)酵工程,生物工程),1-2名博士后,1名實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)員(碩士生每年招2名,博士生每年招2名)。

生物能源組研究方向:
轉(zhuǎn)化農(nóng)業(yè)和生物質(zhì)廢棄物為高附加值的燃料,化學(xué)品和生物制品。具體研究內(nèi)容包括如下:
1、納米和固體催化劑的制備及應(yīng)用,包括催化木質(zhì)纖維素水解并生產(chǎn)可發(fā)酵糖,合成化學(xué)品和生物燃料,和催化植物油制備生物柴油等;
2、水熱法快速水解纖維素、木質(zhì)纖維素預(yù)處理生產(chǎn)可發(fā)酵糖、有機(jī)酸和化學(xué)品等,及木質(zhì)素的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用;
3、微生物發(fā)酵法轉(zhuǎn)化木質(zhì)纖維素水解產(chǎn)物生產(chǎn)油脂(生物柴油)、醇、酮、有機(jī)酸、氫氣、沼氣及其它次級代謝產(chǎn)物。微生物發(fā)酵法轉(zhuǎn)化副產(chǎn)品甘油生產(chǎn)乳酸、丙二醇等化學(xué)品;
4、綠色溶劑的研發(fā)與應(yīng)用(水熱水,離子液體,有機(jī)電解液,超臨界流體等),雙功能催化劑合成及用于催化生物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)液體燃料和化學(xué)品等。

One faculty, five postdoc and graduate student positions in Biofuels and Biorefinery
Location: Nanjing, China
Employer: Nanjing Agricultural University
College of Engineering, Nanjing Agricultural University (a top national university under the Ministry of Education of China) established a group for biomass and biorefinery in December 2015. One faculty position in microbiology at any ranks, and five postdoc and graduate student positions are now being recruited within this group led by Prof. Zhen FANG to convert renewable biomass and agricultural wastes to biofuels and chemicals.
Possible topical areas of this group include thermo-chemical conversion processes, hydrothermal processes, green solvents (ionic liquids, organic solvents, supercritical fluids) for biorefining, synthesis of nanocatalysts for chemicals, biofuels, bio-diesel production processes, biological conversion processes (e.g., microbial oil, algae biodiesel, fermentation for hydrogen, ethanol and butanol), conversion of biomass to liquid, solid and gaseous fuels; separation of bioproducts; integration of biomass production/conversion/utilization concepts; and other relevant topics.
The faculty member will be expected to develop an internationally recognized, externally funded research program and to provide leadership in educational undergraduate and graduate programs in the areas of bioenergy and bio-based products from agricultural wastes.
The candidates are expected to have a background in micro-organisms, enzymes and algae to make bio-based products in sectors such as chemicals, food, biodiesel and bioenergy, and with demonstrated credentials in research, scholarship, supervising students, writing proposals and published papers in high impacted international journals.
The postdoctoral fellows, PhD and master graduate students will be expected to do internationally recognized research independently in the areas of bioenergy and bio-based products from biomass, help professors to supervise junior students and write proposals, and publish papers in high impacted international journals.
