(四)精英人才
1.基本條件

(2)薪酬:25-35萬元+有關(guān)獎勵,上不封頂。
(3)安家補(bǔ)貼:80-120萬元(不含國家、地方配套補(bǔ)貼)。提供全裝修的過渡性人才公寓,拎包入住。
(4)學(xué)術(shù)啟動經(jīng)費(fèi):人文社會科學(xué)10萬元,非實(shí)驗(yàn)理科30-60萬元,實(shí)驗(yàn)理、工、醫(yī)科40-80萬元。可根據(jù)需要另行提供大型儀器設(shè)備費(fèi)。
(五)優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者
1.基本條件
海內(nèi)外高水平大學(xué)、研究機(jī)構(gòu)的優(yōu)秀博士或博士后;在本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域具有一定影響力,學(xué)術(shù)研究成果突出,有成為學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人的潛力。年齡一般不超過32歲(人文社科類可放寬至35歲)。
2.具體待遇
(1)崗位:副教授/講師
(2)薪酬:20-30萬元+有關(guān)獎勵,上不封頂。
(3)學(xué)術(shù)啟動經(jīng)費(fèi):人文社科一般為10萬元、非實(shí)驗(yàn)性學(xué)科一般為20萬元、實(shí)驗(yàn)性學(xué)科一般為40萬元。
(4)提供必要的辦公條件和場所、過渡性住房。

1.基本條件
符合學(xué)校當(dāng)年教師招聘計(jì)劃和條件,符合統(tǒng)招博士后招收條件,年齡一般不超過30歲(人文社科類可放寬至32歲),身心健康。
2.具體待遇
(1)基本年薪:20萬元+有關(guān)獎勵,上不封頂。
(2)獎補(bǔ)金:根據(jù)績效評估結(jié)果按年度發(fā)放?冃гu估優(yōu)秀者聘期內(nèi)獎補(bǔ)金總額為40萬元,績效評估良好者聘期內(nèi)獎補(bǔ)金總額為20萬元。

二、其他支持措施
(一)人才項(xiàng)目支持
1.優(yōu)先推薦申報(bào)江蘇省“雙創(chuàng)計(jì)劃”,對入選的雙創(chuàng)人才,三年內(nèi)省級財(cái)政給予總共500萬元、300萬元、100萬元或50萬元的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)資金資助;對入選的雙創(chuàng)團(tuán)隊(duì),三年內(nèi)省級財(cái)政給予總共300-800萬元的人才經(jīng)費(fèi)資助;對入選的雙創(chuàng)博士,兩年內(nèi)省級財(cái)政給予總共15萬元的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)資金資助。
2.優(yōu)先推薦申報(bào)“江蘇特聘教授”,如入選,聘期三年內(nèi),省級財(cái)政給予每人每年12萬元的崗位津貼(免征個人所得稅),對自然科學(xué)類、人文社會科學(xué)類分別提供100萬元(特別優(yōu)秀的提供200萬元)、50萬元的科研經(jīng)費(fèi)。
3.優(yōu)先推薦申報(bào)蘇州市“姑蘇創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)領(lǐng)軍人才”(青年領(lǐng)軍人才),如入選,分別給予50萬、100萬、200萬的科技項(xiàng)目經(jīng)費(fèi)資助;符合條件的,可按照蘇州市“樂居工程”享受拔尖型人才的樂居政策。
(二)個人補(bǔ)貼支持
1.蘇州市“引才補(bǔ)貼”,按照相應(yīng)層次引進(jìn)的高端人才,蘇州市提供引才補(bǔ)貼,入選的人才根據(jù)不同類別最高可分別享受25萬、50萬、250萬。
2.蘇州市“樂居工程”,入選者可享受“樂居租房貼”、“樂居助力貸”。其中,最高可享受8000元/月的“樂居租房貼”;首次使用公積金住房貸款購買首套住房,“樂居助力貸”不受繳存時(shí)間限制,按繳存基數(shù)計(jì)算可貸額度,貸款額度可放寬至最高限額的4倍。
3.蘇州市“優(yōu)秀人才貢獻(xiàn)獎勵”,貢獻(xiàn)獎勵標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不超過個人上年度年收入所形成的地方財(cái)力,且不超過其在蘇購買或租賃汽車、自住住房、辦公用房、參加專業(yè)領(lǐng)域培訓(xùn)及興辦企業(yè)等支出的總額。獎勵總額歷年累計(jì)不超過100萬元/人。
4.還可申請?zhí)K州工業(yè)園區(qū)“金雞湖人才計(jì)劃”、“薪酬補(bǔ)貼”、獨(dú)墅湖科教創(chuàng)新區(qū)“高端人才集聚計(jì)劃”等區(qū)級人才計(jì)劃。

學(xué)校為特聘教授及以上人才提供充足的辦公實(shí)驗(yàn)室用房,支持招聘科研助手組建科研團(tuán)隊(duì),研究生招生指標(biāo)予以政策性傾斜;協(xié)助解決配偶工作及子女入學(xué),提供附屬醫(yī)院便捷就醫(yī)條件。為外籍教師按規(guī)定參加社會保險(xiǎn)或購買商業(yè)醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)。

Soochow University currently has 30 schools/departments,21 affiliated hospitals, with Soochow 5,768 faculty and staff members, among whom 3,358 are full-time teachers, including 1 Nobel Prize winner, 8 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering, 8 academicians from developed countries, 30 winners for National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, 39 winners for National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars, 1 outstanding talent of the “Ten-Thousand Talents Program”, 13 leading talents in scientific and technological innovation in the “Ten-Thousand Talents Program”, 4 top-notch young talents in the “Ten-Thousand Talents Program”, 14 members of discipline appraisal group from the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council and more than 280 national talents.
