一、物理學(xué)院介紹

大連理工大學(xué)物理學(xué)院(http://physics.dlut.edu.cn/),前身是大連理工大學(xué)物理系,始建于1949年,首任系主任是著名物理學(xué)家、兩院院士王大珩先生。2006年成立物理與光電工程學(xué)院,2017年更名為物理學(xué)院。學(xué)院設(shè)有大學(xué)物理國家級實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)示范中心、三束材料改性教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、教育部磁約束聚變研究中心(大連分部)、物理與光電實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)中心、等離子體科學(xué)與技術(shù)中心、光物理與納米科學(xué)中心、理論物理研究所、凝聚態(tài)物理與能源材料研究所、原子與分子物理研究所等教學(xué)科研機(jī)構(gòu)。

學(xué)院擁有雄厚的師資力量,現(xiàn)有教職工125人,其中教授45人、副教授56人。師資隊(duì)伍中包括國家級人才獲得者11人,國務(wù)院學(xué)科評議組成員3人,人社部高層次留學(xué)回國人才支持計(jì)劃1人,國家ITER計(jì)劃專項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目首席科學(xué)家和項(xiàng)目責(zé)任專家2人,“興遼英才計(jì)劃”百千萬人才工程領(lǐng)軍1人、特聘教授3人、青年拔尖3人。

A. Full Professor Positions in terms of Excellent Young Scientists Fund Program (Overseas) of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC)

Salary and Start-up package:

(1) Appointed as a professor, given the qualification of doctoral supervisor.

(2) Generous salary.

(3) Competitive settling-in fee and research start-up funds, fully guaranteed for settling-in and research requirements.

(4) 1 associate professor establishment + 2 assistant professor establishments + 6 postdoctoral recruitment quotas for team building, and 4 doctoral places in the first 3 years (targeted special enrollment quotas).

崗位條件:

在國內(nèi)外知名大學(xué)取得博士學(xué)位不超過3年,身體健康,具有嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)目茖W(xué)態(tài)度和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神,扎實(shí)的研究基礎(chǔ)和較強(qiáng)的科研能力,原則上不超過35周歲。聘期2-3年,考核目標(biāo)明確,具體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可與學(xué)院聯(lián)系人咨詢。

福利待遇:

①博士后薪酬實(shí)行年薪制,如入選國家、校級人才計(jì)劃,在學(xué)校待遇基礎(chǔ)上疊加資助;

②出站后,留遼工作并認(rèn)定為“興遼英才計(jì)劃-博士后”的可獲遼寧省獎勵;

(1) The successful candidate will be expected to have a relevant PhD degree (received within 3 years); a solid research foundation and strong research capability; academic prudence and team spirit.

(2) The applicants are preferably under age 35.

(3) The appointee shall set clear goals for the performance appraisal during the 2-3-year contract (Please contact the department contact persons for more detailed evaluation standards at the end of the webpage).

Remunerations and Benefits

(1) Postdoctoral remuneration is based on an annual salary system.

(2) If selected for national and school level talent programs, additional funding will be provided on top of the school's benefits.

Additional Benefit
