西南交通大學(xué)創(chuàng)建于1896年，前身為山海關(guān)北洋鐵路官學(xué)堂（Imperial Chinese Railway College)，是中國(guó)第一所工程高等學(xué)府，中國(guó)土木工程、交通工程、礦冶工程高等教育的發(fā)祥地，“交通大學(xué)”最早兩大源頭之一，以“唐山交大”“唐院”之名享譽(yù)中外。學(xué)校是教育部直屬全國(guó)重點(diǎn)大學(xué)，國(guó)家首批“雙一流”“211工程”“特色985工程”“2011計(jì)劃”重點(diǎn)建設(shè)并設(shè)有研究生院的研究型大學(xué)。當(dāng)前學(xué)校正大力實(shí)施人才強(qiáng)校主戰(zhàn)略、國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略和數(shù)字化戰(zhàn)略，為適應(yīng)建設(shè)交通特色鮮明的綜合性研究型一流大學(xué)的需要，部分管理崗位現(xiàn)面向海內(nèi)外進(jìn)行公開(kāi)招聘。公告如下：

二、應(yīng)聘資格

1.在相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域具有重要的學(xué)術(shù)影響和較高的知名度。具有博士學(xué)位、正高級(jí)專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)職稱(chēng)（或國(guó)外著名高校進(jìn)入終身系列的副教授）；

2.具有寬廣的學(xué)術(shù)視野和引領(lǐng)研究院發(fā)展的思路；

3.有較豐富的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和較好的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力；

4.具有良好的個(gè)人品質(zhì)、職業(yè)道德、創(chuàng)新意識(shí)和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神；

5.具有正常履行職責(zé)的身體條件；

6.年齡一般不超過(guò)50周歲，特別優(yōu)秀者可適當(dāng)放寬；

7.有相關(guān)組織工作經(jīng)歷、海外工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先考慮；

8.校內(nèi)應(yīng)聘人員須符合《西南交通大學(xué)中層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部選拔任用工作規(guī)定》中擔(dān)任中層正職職務(wù)的基本條件及任職資格，現(xiàn)職正處級(jí)干部不受第1條限制。

三、聘期

首聘期四年，聘期結(jié)束后，視工作業(yè)績(jī)決定是否續(xù)聘。

四、待遇

Founded in 1896, Southwest Jiaotong University (SWJTU), also known as the Imperial Chinese Railway College, Tangshan Jiaotong University and Tangshan Railway Institute, is one among the earliest Chinese institutions of higher education. The University is China’s prestigious university and listed in the state-level group of the “211 Project universities” and the “985 Project Innovation Platform on Rail Transit & Transportation” under the State Government.

The university is making efforts to implement the main strategy of developing the university by talents, the internationalization strategy and the digital strategy. To fulfill the demands for developing a top-class multi-disciplinary and research-oriented university with dominant characteristics in traffic and transportation, SWJTU now is inviting applications from domestic and overseas talents to fill the dean vacancies of the following positions.

II．Qualifications

1. Applicants should have important academic influence and high visibility in related discipline fields. Have a doctorate, a senior professional technical title (or an associate professor of a famous foreign university into the life series);

2. A broad academic vision and lead the development of the Institute;

3. Applicants should have rich management experience and good organization and coordination ability;

4. Good personal qualities, professional ethics, innovation awareness and team spirit;

5. Good physical conditions with normal performance of duties;

6. The age is generally not more than 50 years old, and those who are particularly good can be appropriately relaxed;

7. Relevant organizational work experience and overseas work experience are preferred.

8. Applicants in the school must meet the basic conditions and qualifications of the middle-level position in the "Regulations on the Selection and Appointment of Middle-level Leading Cadres of Southwest Jiaotong University". The current position-level cadres are not subject to Article 1.

III．Term of Employment

The first employment term of dean position is 4 years. The renewal of dean position will be jointly determined by the work performances in the first term and the agreement between the applicant and SWJTU.
