一、崗位職責(zé)與招聘條件

（一）崗位職責(zé)

1、負(fù)責(zé)開發(fā)、測(cè)試和使用數(shù)據(jù)軟件，即標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化神經(jīng)科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)集的采集、可復(fù)制分析Pipeline的開發(fā)以及基于BIDS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的公開數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)。

Developing, testing, and implementing scientific software, i.e., standardized neuroscience data acquisition, reproducible analysis pipelines, and data storage for open science building on the BIDS standard.

2、為處于不同能力水平的學(xué)生和博士后提供高質(zhì)量的編程培訓(xùn)（例如R、MATLAB、Python）和技術(shù)支持。

Providing training and support for students and postdocs at varying levels of competence in modern, high quality, open science/source coding practices (Especially R, Python and MATLAB).

3、能夠熟練的負(fù)責(zé)Linux系統(tǒng)的使用和維護(hù)，熟悉cluster架構(gòu)，精通cluster的管理與維護(hù)。

Being proficient in using and maintaining Linux systems, and is familiar with cluster architecture and being proficient in cluster management.

4、為數(shù)據(jù)管理提供支持和培訓(xùn)。

Providing support and training for data management.

5、作為實(shí)驗(yàn)室與眾多國(guó)際組織的IT團(tuán)隊(duì)的對(duì)接者（BigBrain/GBC/Hiball/HBP/CONP）。

Being the lab’s interface with many international organizations’ IT teams (BigBrain/GBC/Hiball/HBP/CONP).

6、負(fù)責(zé)提供實(shí)驗(yàn)室的IT技術(shù)支持，如排除軟件、硬件故障和防火墻的維護(hù)與管理，以確保所有系統(tǒng)的可用性。

Being able to coordinate general IT support for the lab, such as troubleshooting and maintenance/management of firewall to ensure all systems’ usability.

7、期待學(xué)習(xí)：BIDS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、開放科學(xué)工具、神經(jīng)影像技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)分析（尤其是fMRI和MEG/EEG）和XNAT。

Expected to learn: BIDS standards, Open science tools, neuroimaging techniques, and data analysis (especially fMRI and MEG/EEG) and/or XNAT.

（二）擬招聘人員應(yīng)具備的條件

1、碩士及以上學(xué)歷，數(shù)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)、計(jì)算機(jī)、信息學(xué)、神經(jīng)科學(xué)等自然科學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)。

Completed Master’s degree or above in natural sciences, engineering, or a similar field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Informatics, Neuroscience).

2、有扎實(shí)的編程技能經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先，最好是Python、R和Matlab語言。

Solid programming skills, preferably in Python, R, and Matlab.

3、有Python庫（如NumPy、SciPy、Matplotlib和pandas）使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。

Experience with Python libraries (e.g., NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, and pandas) is beneficial.

4、有軟件開發(fā)（如用Git進(jìn)行版本控制）和數(shù)據(jù)組織（如用SQL和MySQL進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)庫管理）的經(jīng)驗(yàn)為佳。

Experience with software development (e.g., version control with Git) and data organization (e.g., databases with SQL and MySQL) is preferable.

5、了解相關(guān)元數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的優(yōu)先。

Knowledge of relevant metadata standards.

6、對(duì)跨學(xué)科項(xiàng)目以及認(rèn)知神經(jīng)科學(xué)感興趣。

Interest in interdisciplinary projects and cognitive neuroscience.

7、做事嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、認(rèn)真，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)

“中國(guó)-古巴神經(jīng)科技轉(zhuǎn)化前沿研究聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室”是由電子科技大學(xué)和古巴神經(jīng)科技中心于2015年在生命科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院聯(lián)合成立。在Valdes-Sosa教授的帶領(lǐng)和指導(dǎo)下，通過六年的發(fā)展，團(tuán)隊(duì)目前發(fā)展成了一個(gè)多達(dá)30余人的高度國(guó)際化聯(lián)合研究團(tuán)隊(duì)，其中協(xié)議教授1人、副高1人，博士后（含出站）4人，博士生8人（含留學(xué)生），碩士（含留學(xué)生）20人；團(tuán)對(duì)成員來自世界各國(guó)，如英國(guó)、土耳其、盧旺達(dá)、坦桑尼亞、古巴、也門、巴基斯坦等國(guó)。

The "China-Cuba Joint Laboratory " was established in 2015 by the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and the Cuban Center for Neuroscience in the School of Life Sciences and Technology. Under the leadership and guidance of Professor Valdes-Sosa, the lab has developed in six years into a highly international joint research team of more than 30 people, including one national special expert, one agreed professor, one associate professor, four postdoctoral students, eight doctoral students, and 20 master students. Members of the group come from countries all over the world such as UK, Turkey, Rwanda, Tanzania, Cuba, Yemen, Pakistan, etc.

Joint China-Cuba Lab aims to do all-aspect research of human brain mapping, including both the creation of multimodal databases (that include electrophysiological and MRI information) as well as the biophysical modeling and statistical theory development for both basic brain research as well as applications to public health.

Valdes-Sosa（古巴）教授自2015年來華全時(shí)全職工作，是國(guó)家領(lǐng)軍人才、中古聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人；目前的主要研究工作是人腦繪圖的各個(gè)方面，包括建立多模態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)庫（包括電生理和核磁共振信息），以及生物物理模型和統(tǒng)計(jì)理論的發(fā)展。至今，Valdes-Sosa教授在國(guó)際刊物上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文180余篇，谷歌學(xué)術(shù)引用10497余次，H指數(shù)54。

Professor Valdes-Sosa started working at UESTC full time since 2015 when he was awarded the “state leading expert” of China and was designated as the Director of the Joint China-Cuba Laboratory. His current main research work is to all aspects of human brain mapping, including both the creation of multimodal databases (that include electrophysiological and MRI information) as well as the biophysical modeling and statistical theory development for basic brain research. He has published more than180 peer-refereed papers and has an H index of 54 in May 2021. The total citation for his publication is 10497 and form 2016 is 4040.
