上海交通大學(xué)電子信息與電氣工程學(xué)院感知與導(dǎo)航研究所因發(fā)展需要,面向海內(nèi)外公開招聘博士后,歡迎感興趣的研究人員應(yīng)聘。
Institute of Sensing and Navigation in School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering of Shanghai Jiao Tong University is open for domestic and overseas postdoctoral researcher recruitment. Interested researchers are welcome to apply.
一、研究所簡介(Introduction of the Institute)
研究所致力于解決復(fù)雜真實場景中高精度探測、認(rèn)知、導(dǎo)航與作業(yè)控制的智能處理理論與核心技術(shù),我們倡導(dǎo)基于現(xiàn)實應(yīng)用需求與科學(xué)問題導(dǎo)向來探索新概念、新方法和新技術(shù)。
The institute focuses to solve problems regarding intelligent processing theories and core technologies in the area of high-precision detection, recognition, navigation, and job control in complicated realistic scenarios. We keep exploring new concepts, new methods, and new technologies based on the requirements of real-world applications and scientific problems.
感知與導(dǎo)航研究所建有“北斗導(dǎo)航與位置服務(wù)”上海市重點實驗室與“智能探測與識別”上海市高校重點實驗室,并與工業(yè)界建立了緊密的合作關(guān)系;研究所主要包括高精度成像探測與圖像認(rèn)知、場景化認(rèn)知導(dǎo)航與位置服務(wù)、光電信息前沿技術(shù)與應(yīng)用等重點研究方向。
Institute of Sensing and Navigation consists of two labs including “Shanghai Key Laboratory of Navigation and Location Based Services”, and “Shanghai Key Laboratory of Intelligent Sensing and Recognition”. We maintain a close cooperation relationship with the industrial community. The main research directions of the institute include high-resolution imaging and target recognition, scene-based cognitive navigation and location services, and advanced technologies and applications of photoelectric information.
 
二、合作導(dǎo)師(Cooperation Supervisors)
于起峰:中國科學(xué)院院士,教育部長江特聘教授,中國力學(xué)學(xué)會實驗力學(xué)專委會副主任委員、中國宇航學(xué)會遙感專委會副主任委員等,主要從事大型結(jié)構(gòu)變形測量、大尺度運動測量、視覺導(dǎo)航的技術(shù)科學(xué)問題研究。
Qifeng Yu: academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Yangtze River Scholar Distinguished Professor, Deputy Director of the Experimental Mechanics Committee of the Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, Deputy Director of the Remote Sensing Expert Committee of Chinese Society of Astronautics. His research areas include large-scale structural deformation measurement, large-scale motion measurement, and visual navigation.

郁文賢:教育部長江特聘教授,上海市領(lǐng)軍人才,上海市優(yōu)秀學(xué)科帶頭人,上海交大講席教授,信息技術(shù)與電氣工程研究院院長,主要從事遙感信息處理、目標(biāo)智能識別、場景認(rèn)知與智能導(dǎo)航等方面的研究。
Wenxian Yu: Yangtze River Scholar Distinguished Professor, Shanghai Leading Talent, Shanghai Excellent Discipline Leader, Chair Professor of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Dean of Academy of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering. His research areas include remote sensing information processing, target intelligent recognition, scene recognition and intelligent navigation, etc.

徐昌慶:研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,主要從事融合導(dǎo)航技術(shù),認(rèn)知無線電技術(shù),MIMO-OFDM系統(tǒng)中的OFDM調(diào)制、空時編碼和信道編譯碼、信道容量及其影響因素、多用戶傳輸及接收等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究。
Changqing Xu: Professor, Ph.D. supervisor. His research areas include fusion navigation technology, cognitive radio technology, OFDM modulation in MIMO-OFDM systems, space-time coding and channel coding, channel capacity and related influence factors, multi-user transmission and receiving, etc.

熊惠霖:教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,主要從事非線性模式識別與機器學(xué)習(xí)、圖像處理與機器視覺等方向研究。
Huilin Xiong: Professor, Ph.D. supervisor. His research areas include nonlinear pattern recognition and machine learning, image processing, and computer vision.

武元新:教授/國家優(yōu)青,博士生導(dǎo)師,Elsevier中國高被引學(xué)者,IEEE Trans. AES與Journal of Navigation編委,主要從事慣性基導(dǎo)航、狀態(tài)估計、視覺運動估計等方向研究。
Yuanxin Wu: Professor, "NSFC Award" for Excellent Young Scholar, Ph.D. supervisor, Elsevier China Highly Cited Scholar. He serves as an Associate Editor for The Journal of Navigation and IEEE Trans. on Aerospace and Electronic Systems. His research areas include inertial-based navigation system, state estimation, inertial-visual fusion, and wearable human motion sensing.

三、招聘條件(Recruitment Requirements)
1. 在國內(nèi)外知名高校及研究機構(gòu)獲得博士學(xué)位或近期內(nèi)能順利完成博士論文答辯,取得相關(guān)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位,對下述崗位有濃厚興趣。
Applicants should have a PhD degree in related majors from well-known universities/institutes, or is expected to complete his/her doctoral dissertation successfully in the near future, with interest in the positions listed below.
2. 品學(xué)兼優(yōu),身心健康,年齡一般在 35 歲以下。
Applicants shall keep good academic records, with sound physical and mental conditions, and is aged below 35.
3. 踏實做事,為人誠實,具有強的團隊合作奉獻精神和責(zé)任心,較強的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力。
Applicants shall be hardworking, honest, with strong team-working skills and responsibility, and strong coordination skills.
4. 在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域重要期刊發(fā)表高水平研究論文,實踐能力強,對本領(lǐng)域基礎(chǔ)知識和前沿方向有良好把握。
Publication of highly-recognized papers in major journals in related fields is expected. Applicants shall also possess strong ability in laboratory practices and a good vision of basic knowledge and developments in the corresponding field.

四、研究方向(Research Fields)
崗位1:遙感信息處理研究(2名)
從事SAR圖像目標(biāo)檢測識別、SAR圖像分類、多源遙感圖像融合處理、深度學(xué)習(xí)、微波成像等技術(shù)研究和工程研發(fā)。
Position 1: Remote Sensing Information Processing (2 vacancies)
Engaged in the research and development in SAR image target detection and identification, SAR image classification, multi-source remote sensing image fusion, deep learning, and microwave imaging.
崗位2:無人系統(tǒng)智能感知導(dǎo)航技術(shù)研究(5名)
Position 2: Unmanned System with Intelligent Sensing and Navigation Technology (5 vacancies)
從事非結(jié)構(gòu)化場景低速無人系統(tǒng)場景/情景探測識別、高效率SLAM、信號/圖像理解、融合定位導(dǎo)航等技術(shù)研究和工程研發(fā)。
Engaged in the research and development on non-structural scene  sensing and object identification for low-speed unmanned system, high-efficient SLAM, signal/image understanding, and multisensor-based positioning and navigation.
崗位3:慣性基導(dǎo)航關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究(2名)
Position 3: inertial-based navigation system (2 vacancies)
從事慣性基導(dǎo)航、慣性導(dǎo)航和視覺導(dǎo)航交叉領(lǐng)域的信息融合理論方法、算法和原型系統(tǒng)設(shè)計研究,應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域包括大尺度自主導(dǎo)航、穿戴式運動感知等。
Engaged in researches including inertial-based navigation, information fusion methods, algorithms and prototype system design of cross-domain between inertial navigation, and visual navigation. Applications of the above researches include large-scale autonomous navigation, wearable motion perception, etc.
 
五、崗位待遇與職責(zé)(Benefits and Responsibilities)
1. 享受上海交通大學(xué)博士后福利待遇;由上海交通大學(xué)和上海北斗導(dǎo)航創(chuàng)新研究院聯(lián)合資助,待遇不低于稅前 30 萬元/人,科研成果突出者將給予額外獎勵。鼓勵有組織地參與和企業(yè)的合作與各類創(chuàng)業(yè)活動。
Successful applicants will be granted post-doctoral level welfare of Shanghai Jiao TongUniversity. jointly funded by Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Shanghai Beidou Research Institute. Basic salary will be no less than RMB 300,000/year before tax. Those who have outstanding achievements will receive additional rewards. Organized collaborations with enterprises and entrepreneurial activities are encouraged.
2. 在站期間全職從事博士后研究,一般應(yīng)在站不低于 3 年,鼓勵優(yōu)秀人才長期穩(wěn)定地從事博士后研究工作;并根據(jù)國家相關(guān)規(guī)定,第一站可長達 4 年,二站合計可長達6 年;在站期間,均可享受學(xué)校的博士后待遇;博士后研究工作滿 3 年且取得優(yōu)秀科研成果、滿足學(xué)校長聘教軌要求者,通過評估后可直接獲聘長聘教軌教職;未能達到要求者,可以繼續(xù)從事博士后研究工作,也可選擇出站。
Successful applicants shall service a Full-time post-doctoral research contract for no less than 3 years, although excellent talents are engaged to work on the position with a stable and long-term manner. According to relevant national regulations, the length of first contract can be up to 4 years, with two contracts up to 6 years in total. The post-doctoral welfare of the university will be lasted for the complete contract span. After 3 years on post-doctoral position, with outstanding scientific achievements and fulfilled requirements of the university, it is possible to submit a tenure-track position application for university assessment. If the assessment is failed, one can still continue to engage in the postdoctoral research or choose to back out.
3. 根據(jù)上海市博士后管理政策辦理有關(guān)落戶事宜。
Handle the settlement according to the post-doctoral management policy of Shanghai.
4. 鼓勵和支持博士后研究人員申報“博士后創(chuàng)新人才支持計劃”、“博士后科學(xué)基金”以及其它國家與地方的科技項目和博士后資助項目。
We encourage and support postdoctoral researchers to apply for “postdoctoral innovative talent support programs”, “postdoctoral science funds”, and other national and/or local science and technology programs and postdoctoral funding programs.
5.協(xié)助指導(dǎo)本科生和研究生,參與實驗室管理等工作。
Assist in guiding undergraduates and graduate students, and participate in the laboratory management.

Academic CV (learning, working, papers published, programs participated, etc.) and a scanned copy of valid identification.
2. 博士論文和三篇重要代表性論著或論文以及其他可以證明本人研究能力及水平的相關(guān)資料。
Doctoral dissertation and three representative works or publications, and other related materials that can prove research competence.
3. 博士學(xué)歷、學(xué)位證明掃描件。
Scanned copies of Ph.D. degree and degree certificate.
4. 博士導(dǎo)師以及 1-2 位同行專家推薦信(附聯(lián)系方式)。
Recommendation letters from doctoral supervisor and 1-2 peer expert (with contact information).
