一、崗位介紹和應(yīng)聘條件
主要職責(zé):
1、充分了解教學(xué)規(guī)律,結(jié)合學(xué)科特點(diǎn),為教師提供個(gè)性化教學(xué)咨詢服務(wù);根據(jù)教師需求,提供課程中期反饋服務(wù),協(xié)助學(xué)院組織開(kāi)展助教培訓(xùn),提升教學(xué)質(zhì)量。
2、充分了解多種課堂常用教學(xué)技術(shù),包括多媒體網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化技術(shù),為課程提供相應(yīng)咨詢服務(wù)和支持。
3、創(chuàng)建互動(dòng)式教學(xué)空間,開(kāi)展相關(guān)研究及培訓(xùn)活動(dòng),推動(dòng)互動(dòng)式教學(xué)、混合式教學(xué)的實(shí)踐,和傳統(tǒng)式課堂教學(xué)進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究和分析。
4、基于上?萍即髮W(xué)人才培養(yǎng)的總目標(biāo),結(jié)合各學(xué)科的專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),建立以學(xué)習(xí)效果為導(dǎo)向的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量評(píng)估體系(learning outcome-based assessment)。為提高總體教育質(zhì)量提供數(shù)據(jù)支持及指導(dǎo)建議。
5、完成相關(guān)工作的材料收集、匯總、整理、分析、總結(jié)等工作,撰寫(xiě)相關(guān)報(bào)告,定期反饋工作進(jìn)展。
6、協(xié)助完成部門內(nèi)其它的項(xiàng)目實(shí)施及行政管理工作。
招聘條件:
1、具有教育學(xué)相關(guān)碩士及以上學(xué)歷(如教育學(xué),教育管理學(xué),教育心理學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)),或具有至少2年以上教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)或教學(xué)咨詢經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2、在國(guó)內(nèi)外知名高校從事過(guò)教學(xué)或教學(xué)管理工作,有至少1年以上的教育相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);高級(jí)主管職位需至少有5年以上國(guó)內(nèi)外知名高;蜓芯克虒W(xué)或?qū)W術(shù)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3、優(yōu)秀的中英文書(shū)面和口頭表達(dá)能力。
4、熱愛(ài)高等教育事業(yè),了解國(guó)內(nèi)外高等教育的現(xiàn)狀和規(guī)律,熟悉教學(xué)工作,洞察教師成長(zhǎng)與發(fā)展規(guī)律,具有大局觀和開(kāi)拓進(jìn)取精神;具有國(guó)際化視野,有突破、改革和創(chuàng)新意識(shí)。
5、認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),具有良好的職業(yè)道德和優(yōu)異的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力。

Background:

Main Job Functions:
1. Teaching consultation and assessment
Provide 1-on-1 consultation service according to instructors' need; conduct midterm student feedback (MSF) service to support teaching improvement and innovation; establish learning outcome-based assessment system to benchmark and evaluate overall educational quality.
2. Instructional Technology and active learning development
Provide support to instructors in instructional technology and online/hybrid courses; responsible for fostering teaching resources and activities across campus; promote student-centered active-learning teaching pedagogy and related instructional technology.
3. Collaborate within center or across different departments to complete training and administrative related tasks; manage regular documentation including collection, analysis, summary to complete written or oral report for related activities.
4. Other administrative duties assigned.
Basic Requirement (fulfill one of the following)
1. M.S. degree or above in higher education or educational management related field
2. 2 years or above teaching experience in academic setting
Qualification:
1. For senior manager position, minimum 5 years of teaching experience or 5 years of teaching consultation experience or equivalent academic working experiences in highly accredited universities or institutions domestic or oversea is required.
2. Strong enthusiasm in improving higher education quality; familiar with either Chinese or U.S. higher education system, or both.
3. Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
4. Responsible, efficient, collaborative professional with excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
