根據(jù)上?萍即髮W(xué)教學(xué)工作的建設(shè)與發(fā)展需要,現(xiàn)誠(chéng)招教學(xué)發(fā)展中心管理人員1名。

1.    充分了解教學(xué)規(guī)律,結(jié)合學(xué)科特點(diǎn),為教師提供個(gè)性化教學(xué)咨詢服務(wù);根據(jù)教師需求,能對(duì)課程效果進(jìn)行深度調(diào)研和分析評(píng)估,支持課程建設(shè)。

2.    根據(jù)教學(xué)發(fā)展需求,有能力承擔(dān)培訓(xùn)主講任務(wù),建立校內(nèi)外專家?guī),能有效協(xié)調(diào)組織開展教學(xué)培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)和日常教學(xué)研討活動(dòng)。

3.    對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外教育教學(xué)發(fā)展大趨勢(shì)和最新進(jìn)展有較全面的了解并能及時(shí)更新最新動(dòng)態(tài),收集整理優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源,定期推送給教師參考;開展教學(xué)研究工作,協(xié)助教師開展教學(xué)創(chuàng)新。

4.    完成相關(guān)工作的材料收集、匯總、整理、分析、總結(jié)等工作,撰寫相關(guān)報(bào)告,定期反饋工作進(jìn)展。

5.    協(xié)助完成部門內(nèi)其它的項(xiàng)目實(shí)施及行政管理工作,完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作。

 

Main Job Functions:

1.    Provide 1-on-1 teaching consultation service according to instructors’ need; capable of providing in-depth diagnosis service for specific courses and supporting curriculum development;

2.    According to needs, be proficient in providing high-quality training service to instructors on assigned topics; be able to organize and coordinate to hold training sessions and regular seminar events.

3.  Keep track of worldwide trend in higher education and teaching development; capable of writing quality report and conducting educational research to support teaching development and innovation.

4. Collaborate within center or across different departments to complete training and administrative related tasks; manage regular documentation including collection, analysis, summary to complete written or oral report for related activities.

5.    Other administrative duties assigned.

1.  具有教育學(xué)、管理科學(xué)、理工科碩士或以上學(xué)歷(如教育學(xué)、教育管理學(xué)、教育心理學(xué)、金融管理類、物理、化學(xué)、材料、信息科學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè))。

2.  在國(guó)內(nèi)外知名高校從事過(guò)教學(xué)工作,有至少3年以上的教育相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有海外經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮;高級(jí)主管職位需至少有5年以上國(guó)內(nèi)外知名高;蜓芯克虒W(xué)或教育學(xué)研究相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

3.  優(yōu)秀的中英文書面和口頭表達(dá)能力。

4.  熱愛(ài)高等教育事業(yè),了解國(guó)內(nèi)外高等教育的現(xiàn)狀和規(guī)律,熟悉教學(xué)工作,洞察教師成長(zhǎng)與發(fā)展規(guī)律,具有大局觀和開拓進(jìn)取精神;具有國(guó)際化視野,有突破、改革和創(chuàng)新意識(shí)。

5.  認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),具有良好的職業(yè)道德和優(yōu)異的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力。

6.  認(rèn)同上?萍即髮W(xué)的辦學(xué)理念、了解上?萍即髮W(xué)人才培養(yǎng)總體目標(biāo),致力于探索研究型創(chuàng)新型教學(xué)模式、提升高等教育質(zhì)量。

 

Basic Requirement (fulfill both criteria)

1.    M.S. degree or above in Science, Engineering, Management, or Higher Education or education-related field.

2.    3 years or above full-time teaching experience or education related working experience in academic setting

Qualification:

1.    For senior manager position, minimum 5 years of full-time teaching experience or teaching consultation experience or equivalent academic working experiences in highly accredited universities or institutions domestic or oversea is required.

2.    Strong enthusiasm in improving higher education quality; familiar with either Chinese or U.S. higher education system, or both.

3.    Proficiency in report writing, data collection, analysis and presentation.

4.    Responsible, efficient, collaborative professional with excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
