因團(tuán)隊發(fā)展和科研項目需要，上海交通大學(xué)船舶海洋與建筑工程學(xué)院土木工程系張璐璐教授課題組現(xiàn)面向海內(nèi)外公開招聘博士后若干名。張璐璐教授長期致力于巖土工程災(zāi)害和風(fēng)險控制領(lǐng)域的研究，入選國家自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)秀青年基金、教育部長江學(xué)者計劃青年學(xué)者，擔(dān)任中國土木工程學(xué)會工程風(fēng)險與保險研究分會理事，目前正籌建上海交通大學(xué)風(fēng)險與工程安全中心。課題組擁有濃厚的學(xué)術(shù)研究氛圍，現(xiàn)誠招國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者加入。

一、研究方向

1、地質(zhì)災(zāi)害方向

要求：具有工程地質(zhì)、巖土工程、地理等專業(yè)背景，有DEM、流形元、MPM等數(shù)值模擬工具開發(fā)和應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；有區(qū)域地質(zhì)災(zāi)害評估研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

2、風(fēng)險方向

要求：具有土木工程、水利工程、計算機(jī)科學(xué)、統(tǒng)計學(xué)等專業(yè)背景，有不確定性分析、人工智能和機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)、風(fēng)險評估等方面的研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

3、水文水資源方向

有地表水-地下水相互作用、流域水文模型、數(shù)據(jù)同化等方面研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

二、應(yīng)聘條件

1、博士學(xué)位獲得者，畢業(yè)3年以內(nèi)或即將在10個月內(nèi)獲得博士學(xué)位，年齡35歲以下；

2、能夠全職從事博士后研究工作；

3、具有巖土工程、工程地質(zhì)、遙感、水文等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究背景，并以第一作者或者通訊作者在高水平期刊上發(fā)表過SCI論文2篇以上；

4、身體健康，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，具有良好的團(tuán)隊合作精神。

三、崗位待遇

1、工資福利享受上海交通大學(xué)博士后福利待遇，基本年薪20萬，租房補(bǔ)貼3500元/月；入選"晨星博士后激勵計劃"在原薪酬基礎(chǔ)上每人每年增加4萬元；

About the positions

The Research Center of Hazard & Risk, School of Naval Architecture, Ocean and Civil Engineering（NAOCE）, Shanghai Jiao Tong University（SJTU）, Shanghai, China, is to explore the innovative theories, methodologies, and tools for risk analysis and management for natural hazards. The center is now offering postdoctoral positions in the following areas: （1）Assessment of geohazards（landslides, debris flow and rock fall）（2）Marine Geotechnics（offshore foundations, submarine landslides, offshore site investigation）

Applicant qualifications

（1）The candidates of the postdoc position must have received a PhD degree within the past five years or within the next 10 months from an accredited college or university.

（2）A PhD degree in one of the following fields: geotechnical engineering; engineering geology; ground water; hydrology; hydrogeology; hydrometeorology; remote sensing; geostatistics are preferred.

（3）The candidate must have a good scientific publication record（>2 SCI indexed journal papers as first author or corresponding author）. Ability to work independently and effectively towards objectives is required.

We offer a university regulated salary, post-doc housing subsidy or post-doctoral apartment, and other welfare benefits. Outstanding post-doc can apply for a tenure-track faculty position in SJTU after he/she finishes the post-doc program.
