一、研究院介紹

南京大學(xué)深空探測(cè)科學(xué)與技術(shù)研究院是南京大學(xué)在蘇州校區(qū)首批建設(shè)的研究院。研究院面向空天科技領(lǐng)域國(guó)家重大需求和蘇州航空航天產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需求，在行星科學(xué)、空間環(huán)境等主要方向開展戰(zhàn)略性、前瞻性、基礎(chǔ)性研究，支撐我國(guó)深空探測(cè)事業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，探索多學(xué)科交叉融合，致力發(fā)展成為空間科學(xué)與空間天文的高水平研究平臺(tái)、空間探測(cè)技術(shù)的高質(zhì)量研發(fā)平臺(tái)、深空探測(cè)領(lǐng)域有國(guó)際影響力的人才中心和創(chuàng)新高地。

深空探測(cè)科學(xué)與技術(shù)研究院的現(xiàn)階段建設(shè)依托南京大學(xué)天文學(xué)科，后者是全國(guó)高校中歷史最悠久、培養(yǎng)人才最多的天文學(xué)科，入選國(guó)家"雙一流建設(shè)學(xué)科"，擁有一流的師資隊(duì)伍與教學(xué)科研資源。

二、招聘崗位設(shè)置

南京大學(xué)深空探測(cè)科學(xué)與技術(shù)研究院擬面向全球招聘深空探測(cè)科學(xué)與技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的優(yōu)秀青年人才，進(jìn)入準(zhǔn)聘助理教授/準(zhǔn)聘副教授等若干崗位。特別優(yōu)秀的高層次人才崗位另議。擬聘崗位的重點(diǎn)研究方向包括：

1.日地空間環(huán)境與空間天氣研究；

2.太陽系天體和系外行星的探測(cè)與研究；

3.深空探測(cè)任務(wù)與空間天文任務(wù)的載荷研制和科學(xué)應(yīng)用。

 三、申請(qǐng)條件

3.一流的學(xué)術(shù)背景：具有相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的博士學(xué)位，具有一流教學(xué)科研機(jī)構(gòu)的學(xué)習(xí)、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉相關(guān)領(lǐng)域國(guó)際前沿的研究動(dòng)態(tài)。其中準(zhǔn)聘助理教授一般要求博士畢業(yè)從事學(xué)術(shù)研究2年以上；準(zhǔn)聘副教授一般要求博士畢業(yè)從事學(xué)術(shù)研究4年以上；

4.出色的教學(xué)能力：應(yīng)具有能夠勝任本專業(yè)核心基礎(chǔ)課程和前沿課程的教學(xué)能力，掌握良好的教學(xué)方法，具有較強(qiáng)的語言表達(dá)能力；

5.突出的科研成果顯示度與未來科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯?yīng)有相關(guān)研究方向的成果顯示度，對(duì)相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域有原創(chuàng)性觀點(diǎn)，未來研究計(jì)劃思路清晰，具有較好的學(xué)術(shù)潛力。

in the Institute of Science and Technology for Deep Space Exploration, Nanjing University

Ⅰ. About the Institute

The Institute of Science and Technology for Deep Space Exploration is among the first established research institutes in the Suzhou campus of Nanjing University. The institute aims to conduct fundamental, frontier and interdisciplinary research in the area of planetary science, space environment, etc., to support the sustainable development of China's deep space exploration, and to provide a first-class platform for innovative work on space science, space astronomy and related technology.

II. The Positions

The institute invites applications to fill several faculty positions, at the levels of tenure-track assistant professors and associate professors. Motivated candidates with an excellent background in one of the following areas are encouraged to apply:

(1) Space environment and space weather;

(2) Solar system objects and exoplanets;

(3)  Instrumentation and scientific application for deep space exploration missions and space astronomy missions.

III. Conditions for Application

The applicant should

(1) abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and have a passion for teaching and research;

(2) abide by the ethics of teachers, uphold academic integrity, be willing to work diligently, and have no criminal record or record in breaching the ethics of teachers and/or academic integrity;

(3) have a first-rate background in academic training—specifically, a PhD in relevant disciplines, experience in studying and/or working at first-rate teaching and research institutions, and knowledge of the latest international trends and development in the relevant research field(s); The applicant for Assistant Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than two years after receiving the doctoral degree. The applicant for Associate Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than four years after receiving the doctoral degree.

(4) have outstanding teaching abilities—the applicant should be able to teach core and frontline courses in the corresponding discipline, and have sound teaching methodology and strong verbal skills;

(5) demonstrate outstanding research output and potential—the applicant should have publications in his/her field of research, original ideas about relevant fields of research, a clear vision about future research plans, and good potential for further academic development.
