助理結(jié)構(gòu)工程師/Graduate Structural Engineer
工作職責(zé):
1.協(xié)助資深工程師進(jìn)行商業(yè)綜合體、超高層和大跨度空間結(jié)構(gòu)等項(xiàng)目的結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件層面設(shè)計(jì)；
2.按要求進(jìn)行不同結(jié)構(gòu)重力和抗側(cè)立體系的方案比選，并協(xié)助撰寫比選報(bào)告；
3.進(jìn)行初步的結(jié)構(gòu)圖紙繪制和簡單的計(jì)算模型建立；
4.協(xié)助資深工程師撰寫結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)報(bào)告、審核報(bào)告和技術(shù)要求；
5.完成項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理交予的其他工作。
職位要求：
1.土木工程、結(jié)構(gòu)工程、力學(xué)分析或相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士及以上學(xué)歷；
2.熟練使用Microsoft office等相關(guān)軟件；
3.熟練的英語說寫能力；
4.良好的語言表達(dá)能力和溝通技巧；

Responsibility:
1.To assist senior engineer with structural member design of projects like commercial complex, super high-rise building and long span structure.
2.Be responsible for structure design scheme comparison among different gravity and lateral force resisting systems, and to assist on preparing related reports.
3.Be responsible for the production of preliminary drawings and analysis models.
4.To assist on conducting structure design reports, structure review reports and technical standards under supervision of senior engineer.
5.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
1.Master degree or above in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering or Mechanics Engineering.
2.Proficiency with relevant Microsoft office software.
3.Excellent written and verbal English skills.
4.Good presentation and communication skills.
5.Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and sense of responsibility.

助理電氣工程師/Graduate Electrical Engineer
工作職責(zé):
1.參與商業(yè)綜合體、酒店、辦公樓及公共建筑類等項(xiàng)目的前期方案和初步設(shè)計(jì)，完成負(fù)荷模擬及編制設(shè)計(jì)說明及計(jì)算資料，撰寫分析報(bào)告;
2.協(xié)助工程師完成電氣系統(tǒng)方案比選，技術(shù)筆記及方案報(bào)告撰寫;
3.協(xié)助工程師繪制相關(guān)圖紙；
4.負(fù)責(zé)強(qiáng)電、弱電各系統(tǒng)新技術(shù)、新工藝、新產(chǎn)品的材料收集、整理、積累；
5.協(xié)助解決工地現(xiàn)場問題，并參與施工現(xiàn)場服務(wù);
6.參與設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)調(diào)會議及提供有關(guān)技術(shù)問題的解決方案。
職位要求：
1.電氣工程、電機(jī)與電氣、建筑電氣、自動化、電力系統(tǒng)等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷；
2.熟練使用Microsoft office、AutoCAD等相關(guān)軟件；
3.熟練的英語說寫能力；

Responsibility:
1.Mainly involved in schematic design and preliminary design for commercial complex, hotel and other public buildings; responsible for load modeling and calculations; complete load analysis reports.
2.Assist engineer to complete file notes and scheme comparisons; to complete scheme reports.
3.Assist engineer to conduct drawings.
4.Be responsible for the material collection, sorting and accumulation of new technology, new process and new equipment in ELE or ELV systems.
5.Assist engineer to solve technical problems in construction for clients; participate in site visits.
6.Participate in design coordination meetings and provide solutions for technical problems.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering or Automation with a sound knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals.
2.Be familiar with Microsoft office and AutoCAD.
3.Excellent written and verbal English skills .
4.Good presentation and communication skills.
5.Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and sense of responsibility.
