Would you like to start your career in good company? We are looking for talented and highly motivated new graduates to join our talent programme and become the next generation of leaders in our industry.
Our Future Talent Programme - Leadership Track is a 2-year programme that will develop your leadership skills and bring you broad business knowledge in a truly international environment.
From day one, you’ll be delivering results as part of the team and hold an actual position. Your manager will plan the content of your programme and support you in your development journey. You will work in various parts of Tetra Pak and gain experience from a network of Colleagues all over the world. And that is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career. After the programme finishes you will have gained valuable experience to help you continue your exciting career within our company.
As a Financial Analyst you will be involved in the following activities:
Work as business partner with operation to achieve target objectives / 作為業(yè)務(wù)伙伴，幫助業(yè)務(wù)團隊達成目標(biāo)
Provide interpretive and predictive financial information to make business decision / 為業(yè)務(wù)提供詳細及可預(yù)測的財務(wù)信息來幫助業(yè)務(wù)決策
Attend monthly review on business result, evaluate and monitor variance against budget and forecast / 參與每月業(yè)務(wù)會議，提供評估、預(yù)算、預(yù)測等支持
Prepare rolling financial forecast and annual budget for business / 準(zhǔn)備財務(wù)預(yù)算
Assist management with structuring of products and follow up profitability / 支持管理結(jié)構(gòu)化產(chǎn)品及利潤率
QUALIFICATIONS: 
Master’s degree preferably in accounting or finance / 財會類相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士學(xué)歷
Good command of English and computer skills （Excel, PPT, SAP）/ 良好的英文及計算機能力
True team player with good communication skills / 積極團隊合作、良好的溝通能力
Willing to solve problems and you have a strong personal drive / 愿意專研解決問題，能夠自我激勵追求目標(biāo)達成Being committed and being able to work hard under pressure / 有責(zé)任心能在工作中承受一定的壓力
